I came in 20 minutes before closing, which I know is annoying so I already planned to give a large tip. However Alix was extremely rude the entire time and letting it be very known she was annoyed I came in. Ariana was not friendly but not rude. Alix wouldn’t even allow me to finish the sandwiches before interrupting to see if I was done and could come swipe my card. Now instead of getting a great tip and a nice review, they still had to do their job for no tip and their attitude is on display. Let me mention that I ordered quickly and was out before 9 when they close, if you don’t want to do your job then get a new one. Simple.

Ordered a 6" roast beef sandwich, was given half the meat I usually get at other Subways. Sandwich bread was hard, not soft, and the sandwich didn't have much taste. Very poor quality comparing to other Subways I have ordered from. Had a survey coupon which the employee refused to honor, was Not expired, said it has to be only a survey from their store. Other Subways take any Unexpired Survey Code Coupon from anywhere. He was very rude about it.

Went to store on 12/20/22. Ordered a sub, got to check out asked for a water cup. Clerk said they were out. Stater Brother Market next door. They have drinking cups. Anyway didn't offer me a regular drink cup for water so I cancelled my order and left. It appears to me that they wanted me to purchase a drink. They lost a sandwich order for no water cup. What a joke.

Appreciation for Latrice....my caring for a veggie tuna sub.... Delicious! I miss the old days of a sparkling clean Subway store but folks were helpful.

This subway is always great to me. I've visited many subways, and this one is by far the best. The staff is polite, fun to talk to, and they aren't close-fisted with the ingredients. When you ask for extra, they give you extra. Even during this hard time of COVID, they are still there smiling and doing a great job. I am happy to have such a great place to get a sandwich in my home town. Irene makes the best sandwich. I get the same one every time. Footlong, Jalapeno Cheese Bread, Spicy Italian, Untoasted, Add Bacon, Extra Lettuce, Spinach, Tomato, Pickles, Extra Olives, and a little bit of Jalapenos for the extra kick, then Mayo, Mustard, Chipotle, and finished off with Oil, Vinegar, Salt, & Pepper. Amazing. Thank you so much for staying open during this time and offering a little comfort food to me.

This review is about the staff not following covid rules I walked in and staff doesn't have their mask on she puts her mask on then touching her hair and face doesn't wash her hands before making sandwiches. The other staff looks maybe like a Manager has her mask down talking all over the meat and vegetables in my personal opinion rude. With this pandemic take things serious when making people's food. I won't come back to this subway.

I went into this Subway today between 3:45 pm and 3:50 pm to purchase a couple of subs. When the Subway employee came from the back, she immediately put on a pair of gloves without washing her hands and asked me and my husband in a rude tone, "what can I get you." I wasn't really bothered by her rudeness, I was mostly concerned that she didn't wash her hands. We're in a pandemic where handwashing is important to help stop the spread of COVID-19. I'll have to visit another Subway that takes sanitation and cleanliness seriously.

The service here has always been friendly to me... line moves quickly even when there is a lot of people during the lunch rush... when its not lunch time there is usually no line... this is one of my preferred subway locations
