This is the worst location, I'll not come back here. I ordered and paid online for pick up. They never have what you order and you don't know that until you pick up, this time it was ice tea, which is on the app menu. The staff is rude and look at you like you're bothering them if you ask a question. I'll enjoy Jersey Mike's from now on.

I know people have complained of this location, but everything was fresh and delicious and guys they had a bathroom!! Are you tired of going from restaurant to restaurant and being told Welcome to Cali, we don't need to give you a place to pee? The employees were great, the sandwiches were great, this is a small shop that needs praise!!!

just wanted a cup of ice and the lady gave me a soup bowl like i'm a dog because they ran out of "water cups" and made a huge fuss about it. wow! rude customer service not like i was going to steal your nasty soda! and she ended it with "have a great day" really? audacity! hope you have a not great day you wench!

Avoid this place like the plague. Was in the area so ordered on line as this was the closest to were I was at, what a mistake. The girl working was so rude and slower than molasses. 1st no ham, really a sandwich shop 2nd no lettuce, that makes a nice sandwich 3rd would substitute with spinach if they did not run out of that also. Was the worst sandwich I ever had if it wasn't already prepaid I would have walked out

Johnathon is Awesome! Thanks for not getting annoyed with my requests to have my sandwich toasted 3 different times. Lol it's a pain in the a** but that's the way I like it. Place is clean veggies are always fresh and prices are great. Customer service has always been great.

I now know why subway is going down hill... this is the the 4th time I been at this location and this last time is my last.... ordered online payed and drove down to the store where the manager tells me their oven broke and we canceled your order without even calling me... not a biggie except it was my last 25 bucks and my bank held my mo ey so I had none left to feed my family.... one why didn't he call me... 2 why didn't he just make me cold sandwiches even after I told him that was the last money I had to feed my family? Or c Give me a coupon for the other store or something.... he said oh well that between I and your bank... what the heck happened to customer service I wasn't asking for anything free he was rude
