Please update your hours online and on your app. Sunday hours are 8am-10 but doors were locked by 9pm.Inconvenience to drive here just to see an employee inside but the doors were locked.

I came in with a coupon for an 8.99 footlong meal that was supposed to include chips and a small drink. The guy at the register said it would be 12.50 because of tax. When I said that's too much and showed him my coupon both workers said it is not us it's the US government. What a rip off. I walked out. No other fastfood restaurant charges 33% tax

the absolute worst experience i have ever had at a subway period - two girls working today one a complete butch and the other who doesn't know how to do her makeup - i was treated very terribly after asking politely for the “ sandwich maker “ to change gloves as i don't eat meat - she literally was smearing all of the vegetables and the cheese with all the meat contamination on her gloves / i'm surprised there isn't proper training - something needs to be done.

The food is so good and it's good service. I used the bathroom in the subway and their was pee all over the seats and it was so dirty. I look on the floor and a bug I saw. They should clean the bathroom everyday. The trash was also filled to the brim.

Yet another business that will not provide a cup for water when requested, and doesn't add napkins to your bag. Love how these cheap owners have jumped into adding the tip % option at payment, but have pulled back on basic necessities like water. Encouraging soft drinks while making more profits = escalation of health care costs and pain all around. Not ok.

Excellent customer service, nice and neat place! Awesome staff!
Called and spoke to assistant manager on Subway by magnolia to order two big catering orders for my football team and he said he wasn't able to complete order, but subway on ONTARIO street was able to accommodate!! Good customer Service !Kuddos to Nirvanah for taking my order !!!
