It's definitely not a michelin Star restaurant, but it's still a decent spot... for the atmosphere. The service is great, i cannot say the same for the food.I ordered 3 different rolls and each one tasted no different than the other. The over use of mayo in these rolls was gut wrenching. Would ask around for a dedicated sushi restaurant before settling on this one.

This is always our go to ace sushi place. The variety of sushi is good for ace, and they also mix in ramen and other things as well. Price of ace is dramatically risen, but that's the same everywhere we go now.

Tried to get the salmon skin salad, came flooded with vinegar dressing. Sent it back to the kitchen because I would rather not drink vinegar for dinner. Was told to wait. Waited about 15 minutes and waitress comes out talking about the check. Where's my food? Oh we don't have anymore salmon skin.Sushi rolls were atrocious at best. Not going again.

This place has taken a dive. Fish was super fishy, taste and smell. The scallops were inedible. Rice seemed stale and old. Quality has went way down, prices have gone way up. Seems to be the new

Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. This isn't the same Asahi it used to be, they got bought out & changed everything. Low quality fish, rice, ingredients, recipes, everything. They took a huge dive downhill, just go to the original one a few miles away on Van Buren. If you're just there for a roll or two and some drinks, on a date, maybe it's ok. If you're there to eat dinner GOOD LUCK not getting food poisoning.

This place is a little small, but fortunately we did not have to wait too long to be seated. The sushi was fresh and their menu vast. We went for the all you can eat sushi and left very pleased (and of course full).

The food was ok. I don't know if it was because it was December 31st, but the wait staff had a very... no ducks given attitude. As in, it feels that management doesn't give a duck about their employees, and that trickles down to the customers.Me and my wife felt like we were imposing with asking for refills on our green tea or to ask for sauce.I saw lots of priority for takeout and food delivery. Maybe that would be better. But for the price we paid for 2 all you can eat... the service was dismal.
