RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Older man was being very rude to me when he was taking my order and the younger cook didn't want to give me any sauce and the older man was glaring at me the whole time... I just wanted my food and go on with my day.. I'll update if I have food poisoning.

Service is so slow here! Only 1 person working during lunch! No matter how early I order, food is always late, and workers are rude.

I don't even know why they have a phone, they never answer it. As soon as you walk in there you feel the tension towards from the employees. The reviews are right, the customer service is here is trash. Do yourself a favor and go to flame broiler or drive a little further and go to the Waba Grill on McKinley.

If you're trying to call and place an order, don't bother. I called them thrice only to be ignored.I even went inside (while my phone was calling them) to verify that their phones were working. Surprise! They're not only ringing, but deliberately being ignored.Worse yet, they weren't even busy. They had one order ticket hanging on the rail for a customer that was there to pick upWaba Grill, here's some coaching:1. If you're not accepting phone orders, answer the phone and tell me so I don't waste my time.2. If you're busy and need extra time before you can help me, answer the phone, acknowledge me, and then put me on hold.3. Don't ever not answer the phone. When people are in your store, they can see you're busy. People on the phone can't see that and tend to feel like they're being ignored; much like I was today.3/5 stars.The food was good, And hence forth spared your rating otherwise suffering from your mediocre cust. svc.I'll be back if you answer the phone.

This waba sucks. Horrible customer service. Horrible food. Chicken and steak taste like it was cooked yesterday. Just threw an entire bowl away could not eat it. Find another waba to go to this one is horrible.

TERRIBLE. Stopped by here for early dinner today around 6p and they were out of chicken, steak, AND white rice! Like what? How do you guys run out? Then there was only 1 person working and he said he was new. I asked if he was able to give the chicken bowl price for the shrimp bowl since the options were only shrimp and salmon but he said no. There was also no manager available. And also no tables or chairs to eat outside. I ended up going to another location for dinner. I will not return here. No good accommodations whatsoever. Just a shame.

I will NEVER go to this location again. The two young men who were working there were beyond rude and did not get our order correct. One of them kept looking through the window to the front customer area (with me being the only person in the building besides the two workers) and kept shaking his head no. Then, dealing with the worker who took my order, he did not even put it into the computer correctly as I asked for extra steak and extra chicken. I got charged $10 for extra

Then, dealing with the worker who took my order, he did not even put it into the computer correctly as I asked for extra steak and extra chicken. I got charged $10 for extra steak for my husbands and my bowls, and they did not come with extra meat at all. I also asked for extra sauce to be poured on top and got none.Watching the worker make my order, I saw that he put veggies in both of the adult bowls he grabbed (i had ordered a bowl for my kid as well, that thankfully came out correctly, because she is a picky eater), I called to him and said "one of those shouldn't have veggies" and he said "i know, its a different order". well apparently they went and gave my veggie-less bowl to someone else who had placed an order online, because both of my bowls came with veggies. I went back in to the car to tell my husband about the huge mistakes that were made, and he decided to go in and get a refund for the extra meat we were charged for that we did not receive, or at least get the extra meat on the side. The two workers were extremely rude, said they gave us more meat than they are required to give us, and said that they do not do refunds. They were rude, unprofessional, and acted like they had smoked a lot of marijuana before starting their shift. On top of that, one of them did not wear any gloves when touching our bowls and kept having to pull up his sagging pants, and the other only used one glove, and kept touching his face mask and rubbing his nose with his other hand. I was so disgusted I just threw my food away because they did not treat it with any sort of sanitary conditions. I'm sorry, but if I wanted your sweat and funk from your clothes and face in my food, I would have asked for it. They should both be forced to go through training on how to prepare people's food, especially with COVID-19 going on, because that is definitely how germs get spread. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!

Sign in the window 2 chick bowls for $10... order 4 bowls and get veggiesCook says something but with his mask on and keep asking what... couldn't hear him... rings up the 4 bowls $37!!! Was like u have 2 bowls for $10, he replies that is only chicken and rice Bad way to run a business, put it on ur sign. And when talking to a customer with a mask on maybe not stand 15 feet away mumbling

Ordered my food and waited for 20 minutes Was told to wait outside and waited again. SeveralCustomers paid and waiting outside but when do we know we will get our food.Why are you taking more orders when there is not enough employees to cook.

We came in maybe 15 minutes until closing and there were a few of us in line. Adan was working the register and preparing the food. He was fast and polite. He was obviously practicing safe food service and he was very friendly. I couldn't believe how effectively he was doing his job while he was all alone! The food was delicious, as always. We'll definitely be back to this location because of our experience with Adan! Thank you!

So annoyed with the complete lack of service here. My boyfriend ordered two half & half bowls with white rice one with avocado. The cashier, older Hispanic guy, didn't give him a receipt. He brought it home and we had one waba bowl, and the other was a chicken bowl with brown rice. First, we made 3 attempts to call back. No answer. He drove back with the wrong bowl to show him, assuming the cashier would recognize him as he literally was just there. He gets there, the guy says he can't find the order, that was made no more than 20 minutes ago. He refused to fix the problem in any way. He claimed he was the only person there, no manager. My boyfriend showed him the charge on his bank. Asked him to match up the charge as it would be exactly the same on the computer, of course he said no. He asked for another sauce to at least enjoy the DRY bowl with the brown rice and he refused. SO LAZY AND FRUSTRATING.

We just picked up dinner tonight at the WaBa Grill on hidden Valley. The food was excellent and hot! We definitely need to keep this business open during these tough times. I also found out they have an app so you can order on line and just go pick it up. Try it out, you'll love it‼
