I stopped at this store location because they advertised EBT upon ordering through the drive-thru at 10:30 I was told that the inside was closed and that they could not give us our food because we could not use EBT at the drive-thru

i recently visited for breakfast as i noticed from a tv ad that there was a $3 breakfast special so i decided to visit which was a mistake. i arrived and the drive thru had only 1 car in it in front of me but they took their time taking their order and then when i got to the box to place my food order they rudely said on the mic "can you wait?" before i even said anything. i accidentally placed my order for "dine in" when it should've been for drive thru but i asked the lady if they could still hand it to me and she replied "nah, go inside." which i understand as it was my mistake but her attitude was extremely rude. i then got out of the drive thru and parked, walked inside and made my way to the front counter where i told them my situation and just stared at me and pointed behind me where the "mobile order" pick up station is instead of being just generally nice about the situation. i refuse to return to this location as both experiences inside and outside of the restaurant were extremely lacking in basic customer service from the working staff.

I was not able to rate my Salad when I got home Wendy's forgot to put my ranch dressing and unfortunately I had none at home I definitely will NOT eat a dry salad. So make sure you check for your salad dressing packet?

Went through the drive-thru and was greeted by Alice Romero. I advised her that my order was incorrect. I explained to Alice, not once or twice but multiple times, that I was missing food. I continued to tell her that I was still missing food, and with bad posture and attitude she continued to tell me that my order was correct. It upset me, and I gave her back the bags so that she could check them and come to find out that my order was indeed incorrect. Comes back and provides us with the order, says a sarcastic sorry, and rolls her eyes. The worst service is if you don't like your job, then you shouldn't work there. Should at least acknowledge when a customer is asking for something. I understand we are human, and people make mistakes, but the response is the worst. Making it seem as if we are trying to get an extra meal! That is not the case; train your employees. This sucks to go through this experience and end up getting g home to eat cold food!

Was in there on 11/17/23 I got a chicken sandwich for $6.00 . Worst chicken sandwich I have ever eaten . My order was take out otherwise I would have returned it. The chicken was less than a 1/4 " thick . It was overcooked and tasteless. It was hard to take a bite out of it and even harder to chew. The coating was thicker than the chicken. Very disappointed . I've ordered the chicken sandwich in the past it was nothing compared to what I received today. The order came up as soon as I ordered it . That should have red flagged me that it had been sitting there for awhile . It wasn't even warm . They need better quality control.

I wish I would have read their reviews before I kept blind trusting this place. Every time I order cookies from them, they don't put it in my bag and tell me have a good day so I assume it's in there. I know cookies might not sound like a big deal but in a time when gas is over $5, that money is needed. Will definitely not be going back to this location.
