The view of the bay was pleasant and perfect for people-watching as the Coronado Ferry picked up and dropped off tourists to & from San Diego. The patio dining area was comfortable. The entrées were just as delicious as they were artistically arranged, and the table service was big-tip worthy! We had a great time within the 2-hour free parking allowance! The lunch prices were very reasonable so we could pay for our own meals, respectively, but split one meal 3 ways. What an ideal location for a senior-citizen birthday celebration with four former divas! ?

A lot going on! Needed reservations for the restaurant, but there were other mini food stations in the market with nice selections for purchase. There is on-site balcony self seating tables for use.

The service was good. The ambiance was great. If it wasn't for the above 2, the rating would be a 1. Now for the food....it was not good. The salsa was subpar. The chips were average. The chimichanga was bland. The carne asada tacos was decent. The chicken in the enchilada was bland and tasted like it came out of a can. The kids got chicken enchiladas and one of them gagged on the first bite. The rice and beans were below average as well.

Food is good but pricey.. the drinks menu was limited.. pretty much nothing available on draft ..no wine selectionNo Coke or Pepsi or any soda...they had run out of everything it seemsThe service is super slow..they must have had like just one waiter for the entire outside area.. the waiter was pretty good though and have good advice on foodOverall they need to ramp up the service

It was our second time at this restaurant but will be the last. The drinks and service was ok but the food was really bad. We got nachos and it was bad.

This was a major disappointment. The food was the worst quality. I will never be returning back here again. The view was great, but not sure how this place is still in business I was told my fish was fresh more like frozen . $250 down the drain kitchen nightmare. Someone please send in help or get rid of them. Someone call in the fox concept restaurants

Super disappointing for my family of 6. The food is not authentic and seems very cheap specially for the price. As my oldest daughter says "never again this is dog food"

The hubby and I decided to check out this spot on a spontaneous Saturday afternoon after leaving the Del Coronado. We ignored some of the negative reviews and were pleasantly surprised!! We ordered all apps, shrimp ceviche, coconut shrimp, and taquitos...all were fresh and delicious!!!! The service was wonderful and the waiter was super accommodating!!! Last but def not least...the views of the bay looking across to San Diego are breathtaking on a sunny afternoon!! Perfect date

Went here with the fam to get food and get my son out of the cold.. Ordered the Spicy-Mango Rita. Didn't fully read that the margarita had "house made green chili sauce" in it.. got to excited for the mango and pineapple. The drink came with a slice of Jalapeño in it.. the drink overall was wayyy too spicy to even enjoy.. perhaps a bit more sweetness to balance out the spicy or less spicyness altogether. My Wife drank it cause it was something to keep her warm near the exit. Partially my fault for not reading.. but then again it's a review so.... Second, I ordered the Charburger for my Entree.. the guy taking orders asked how I wanted it prepared and I said "medium well".. The waiter approached with the orders saying "cheeseburger".. at that point I should've known, the meal was gonna be mediocre.. and even that is a stretch. JESUS! The burger was a frozen unseasoned patty, looked like they bought it second hand from McDonald's. The nerve to ask me how I wanted it prepared! Smh. The added $1.50 cheese on top was actually a handful of shredded cheese instead of an actual slice, there's was shredded lettuce instead of an actual leaf of lettuce and tomato and onions.. it was like a burger your 12yr old son makes. To add to that... soggy fries. My family also noted something with the bench we were sitting on.. obviously very uncomfortable for longer periods of time with no pads or cushions... well that same bench had crosses on the side! ... yup! A dang on Church Bench! I know places don't always specialize in everything possible.. but it's a dang burger! And fries! Please Do better! Make it properly or take it off the menu. I promise it's not hard. Try at
