We made reservations in September for a Nov 2 dinner. In October, the restaurant closed but we were not notified. In fact, on Nov 1, I received an e-mail from OpenTable asking me to confirm the reservation. Very disappointing that there wasn't better communication.

Excellent service, even better food. The food is to die for and super nice waiters. This was the best experience and food I have ever had including a restaurant.

Very fancy! Very delicious. One of the best places in Coronado for Italian food. We started with the whole roasted cauliflower, which had a whipped feta dipping sauce that was absolutely amazing! For our main entrees we had the Filet and a spaghetti dish (which was a daily dinner special) Everything was delicious. The restaurant has a bar area which offers separate daily specials & it also has outdoor patio seating! If you're looking for fancy Italian food, Maretalia's is the place to go!

I order carry out from here while on vacation and it just made more sense to have dinner with the kids in our hotel room. Even with taking the food to go, it was awesome. I took a photo of the main bar with lobster tails on ice. The decor of the restaurant was so inviting and comfortable. Plenty of outdoor or open air seating options. While waiting for the food I had a fantastic negroni served smoked. The bar tenders were great - service was wonderful.

Great place in walking distrance from the Del Coronado Hotel. They have nice indoor or outdoor seating. The bar area is also great place to eat or hang out. They have TVs situated in ways that you see wherever you sit in the bar which is a major plus. Ordered pasta dish gluten free. It was very average. The shrimp cocktail was delicious with a chipotle horseradish sauce. The salads are great and healthy options. Loved the heirloom tomato salad. You can probably find something for everyone in your party here. Took almost an hour to get our food but it was worth the wait.

Oh boy! Dining here is a delight in every way. The ambiance and the service will wow you. They have a lovely patio and the orange couch is the coolest. They participate in Restaurant week that was a nice surprise. Do yourself a favor and get the scallops! We got a lot of food but that's what I remember the best . Seriously so yummy. Cocktails are superbly crafted. Overall a great time. Looking forward to another meal here.
Been waiting to write a review that fully captured the essence of this place. I have been coming here since the bar was in the back of the restaurant after the remodel it is very upscale and the service has only improved. We enjoy the street views of Coronado and the vibe here is very San Diego. The bar is beautiful and the food is delicious. I have yet to find something I don't like. The bartenders are the key here to a wonderful experience ask for Ryan he makes a perfect Old Fashion...I am not kidding! The best anywhere.

I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant! We sat by an open window over looking the street at the second level. The artwork and tile work was lovely. Our server, Dallas, was outstanding.

Just WOW!!! Our friends recommended this new spot in Coronado and we were not disappointed. This was our second time here and Lauren took wonderful care of us and surprised us with a complimentary appetizer just to thank us for returning. I had the peach and prosciutto salad which was phenomenal. Can't wait to come back!
