We came here to celebrate a special occasion and were not disappointed. Our waitress was so accommodating and made wonderful recommendations. The presentation of our appetizer and meal were perfect and delicious! Love coming to this establishment and will definitely recommend it to all who are looking for a wonderful dining experience with an amazing view!

Since being in San Diego, we have had great food. But this place is the easily the best meal that we've had since we were in town. The atmosphere of this place is elegant and professional. The ocean decor, soft music, and stunning views makes this a great place for a date. The staff were fun and professional and tended to a table of 9 with no problem or issues. The star of the show looks, however, was the amazing food. We had 4 of their sushi rolls which were amazing. You can tell from the pictures how beautiful the views are from the restaurant. I was fortunate enough to catch the sun setting. Please go and try this place you will not regret it.

This restaurant has been one of my favorites recently. Everything is amazing, including drinks. Our waiter was very attentive as well.

As a former chef I have to say this. We ordered the pu pu platter. The coconut shrimp were decent, as was the Thai chicken spring roll. All made in advance of our visit as was the rest of it. The Lobster California roll was made hours before and was terrible. The shrimp cocktail shrimp were probably cooked the day before and were mushy. The lobster bisque was fishy and salty. Great view, what a shame the food was subpar.

The restaurant location is great, waterfront. The server was attentive. Where the restaurant fell short was the food. Ordered the combo appetizer and the rice on the sushi and poke was hard. The crusted salmon was very dry. Just not a good experience with the food.

We sat on the patio and it was so nice and relaxing by the water. Fish tacos were delicious.

Food was amazing. The view was impeccable!! Price was good too. My only issue came at the end. We used a Landrys GC, we got for our wedding. Our waitress circled the original total, then verbally explained which to tip on, then starred/asterisked the tip space. It made us feel like we looked the type to cheat on a tip. It was kind of insulting. I was prepared to give a great tip. But i just gave the 20%.

Came here with my husband for dinner, Brian, our server was a very cool guy really attentive. It was our first time here my husband had the Chilean Pinot noir sea bass and I had the blackened swordfish with lobster Mac and cheese and lava cake for dessert was to die for. Brian made our experience really nice!

Great experience. Hostess attempted to see us out on the enclosed patio: still cold! We were moved but not to a great viewing place. However, our server and the excellent food made up for it!

Visiting San Diego from the midwest. Wanted some fresh seafood by the water. Service was okay - we weren’t checked on much. The spicy tuna roll was great. I order the Chilean sea bass. The portion size was underwhelming and sad. The fish didn’t seem as fresh as I’d hoped, and the side vegetable surely was not fresh. The rice was boxed rice. Would not recommend.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. OK food. Peohe's has become almost THE slowest restaurant in San Diego county. Been there 2x last month, both lunches (family birthdays but we'll be looking for a new place), both took over 2 hours each to get through (I had to go outside and move my car from the 2-hour free parking lot to make sure I didn't get citation). It's not so much the waiters, but the kitchen, which is open to the restaurant so you can see the cooks and activity -- there were only 2 cooks back there both times for the lunch crowd, and the restaurant was pretty busy. Note: an $18 gourmet hamburger ordered Medium Well came back red and Rare. They need to hire more kitchen help. Otherwise, OK food, some dishes better than others, great views.
