We were there in July 2023 was a great place. We purchased some apricot loose leaf tea and loved it. Once we returned home and ran out of the tea, I tried every means possible of getting a hold of themto inquire about purchasing more. No website, left a message via phone, facebook and instagram, emailed as well. I'll do with out or order from another company.

Service: Terrible. I stood right in front of the cashier waiting to order and she completely IGNORED me. Instead she greeted and helped the elderly lady right next to me. I told the cashier that she skipped me and she apologized and continued to help the lady. Being ignored shapes my entire ordering experience. I was a few seconds away from asking for a refund because they almost forgot about my empanadas, their shaved ice were not shaved, the strawberries in the shaved ice were disgusting, I was ignored and their customer service definitely need improvement. Where is Gordon Ramsey when I need him?! He could really help point out all the failures of this business establishment and revamp it.Food: Mediocre. We ordered 2 apple Empanadas and 2 shaved ice, one bubble gum flavor and one strawberry. Yelpers, don't be fooled, the ice was not shaved. They were crushed ice and the smallest size cost $7.00. Their so-called 'shaved' crushed ice had big pieces and requires a lot of chomping. The strawberry crushed ice came with soggy canned-strawberries, not fresh. Even my 20-month old baby said, 'Ewww that's yucky!' We took a couple of bites and threw it in the trash. We originally asked for two chicken empanadas but they ran out so our only other choice was apple empanadas so we ordered two of them. The empanadas were soggy and took almost 10minutes to make.

It’s a nice looking shop, we bought a raspado, tostilocos, and pico de gallo. They are okay, but I think service could be better. Once we paid there was no bye, or thank you, or nothing. Also,No hello when entering. I like feeling welcomed at a store. ?

The mango raspado was really just crushed ice and a little mango flavoring—it looked like something I could make at home. The coconut sorbet was frozen solid and impossible to eat—was still difficult after a solid 10 minutes left out in the sun.

This is the most wonderful shop! We purchased several different teas and have not been disappointed at all. My only regret is we didn't purchase more. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I do wish I could order on line.

It's a teeny tiny shop full of loose leaf tea. You can either get tea made into a drink for you right then and there or you can take the loose leaf tea home. They do coffee too! I come here specifically for their lavender and raspberry leaf! Everything is great quality. It's a small place, so prepare to be close to other patrons.

Barista was super rude and the coffee was awful. Paid for oat milk in the coffee and couldn’t even tell there was any in the iced coffee. Asked for some and what she gave us was separating out before even pouring into coffee.

After a beautiful picturesque walk I was looking for something refreshing to drink. I ordered a watermelon Agua Fresca. While waiting for my order I was looking at all the different interesting things inside the store. My watermelon drink was delicious! Enjoyed it!

Love the tea selections. 1 of 2 places I know to get the best loose leaf teas in San Diego

We were visiting from out of town and needed a snack! The girls there were so helpful when we had a ton of questions. They took their time and we never felt rushed. They went above and beyond. Our snacks and drinks were amazing!!! The tea was my favorite!! Exactly what we needed on a hot day! We will definitely be back when we're in town again.
