I've always like cafe rio. My main issue is I ordered online, I show up 10 mins after its supposed to be ready and they haven't even started it. I think they need to work on their online order system. I do love their taco tuesday deal and the tacos are great. They gave me a free drink which was nice at least. Parking is easy, I'll still come back if that's the only issue. I don't like dine in as it is a weird crowd inside at times lol.
Haven't been here in many years but I was craving some tacos from this place, I ordered ahead to save time, but unfortunately when I arrived at the ready time they hadn't even started my order, waited an extra 20 minutes and when I asked for a side of salsa they asked me to pay for it ! Save yourself time if you're craving the food and just order at the restaurant, still lovin the sweet Barbacoa

I don’t like leaving stars less than five but management needs to be aware that several orders in a row one of three items ordered would be missing in our delivered dinner. This doesn’t happen at lunch time (I order frequently) but dinner appears to be to have a disconnect in packaging and review of packaging. Need a better process from management for the team to follow.
