Chinese, Korean, Fried chicken, nice bar, tea, ramen, mochi donuts??? This place has a lot. Take advantage of Mon-Thur happy hours. I've tried everything here except Anqi and Mah Jong. Those two are next

The food court of South Coast Plaza with lots of choices from noodle shops to chinese food. Dessert shops from boba to donuts and finger foods.

Asian street food court, luxury food court. Pretty authentic even though Asians weren't cooking.

The food court next to Bloomindales has many options for shoppers at South Coast Plaza. Home to Paradise Dynasty, Le Shrimp Noodle, Mah Jong, Churrino, Cha Redefined, Phoholic, and more. It's a boon for Asian food lovers. I love that there are more options for diners in the area. Bruxie just opened recently so hopefully more palettes will be satisfied. Parking is easily found adjacent in the South Coast Plaza parking lot. Come hungry or thirsty and leave satisfied.

The Collage Culinary Experience in Costa Mesa is a unique, elevated food court aimed at pleasing the most skeptical palates. It's located at the south side of Bloomingdale's, and it may be hard to find if you don't know it's there, which would be a shame because you would be missing out on some great restaurant options aside from the usual chain restaurants at South Coast. Be sure to hit both floors because downstairs holds most of the restaurants, and there is limited seating upstairs. On the weekends, expect to wait a little longer, but my recommendation is. for the best experience, go during the week and take your time to enjoy all of it!

It's like a cool, upscale food court adjacent to Bloomingdales. The lower portion reminded me a little of the small Asian food alley. This one is more upscale as it offers grab and go, take out and sit down options with a variety of types of food (i.e Bruxie, Mah Jongs by Chef Mike and Paradise Dynasty). Can't wait to try the Ramen Bar!

At first I thought this was a restaurant. However when I stepped inside and asked I realized this was far more than a restaurant- fact is, as the name indicates it truly is an experience! So I've told you what it isn't, it's not one restaurant called Collage Culinary- and if you go to the website you may be equally confused. So let me help, (I hope) and tell you what it is! On multiple levels there are large and small scale restaurants from casual to fine dining, with a delicious desert Mochinuts, Brexit, bars, soup, and Asian cuisine. It's contemporary, with casual places to sit and enjoy company, and also sit down dining. I've included pictures of most of the restaurants included inside Collage.

My 1st time visiting here was mainly for ale Shrimp Noodle Bar.Located on the other end of Bloomingdale's Department store. I really like this upscale sleek modern food hall design. So many different variety of food options for everyone.Upon Entering this Mini food court. You are welcome w AnQ Crustacean Sister Restuarant, Paradise Dynasty, Bruxie. Than walk downstairs to the lower bottom floor Is Le Shrimp Noodle, Mochinut, Churrino Gourmet, Mahjongs & another restaurant i didn't get the name of.I've been wanting to come here for about a year now.Saw a post on Le Shrimp Noodle Bar on IG.I love ramen and seeing this is a different type of ramen in shrimp broth made it much more intriguing to try.Located on the lower level of Bloomingdale's in the Collage Culinary Experience. A new concept of Bloomingdale's mini food hall.Came with a girlfriend for lunch on a Wednesday at noon. There wasn't a wait at all. What we ordered:~A1 Signature Trio NoodLe $ 18.95It's on the saltier side and we couldn't make it spicy. They provided chili oil for us to make it spicy. Which actually made the soup broth much better after we added that. Requested the body of the shrimp to be peeled with the head on still. The 2 Elbiko prawn paste balls were yummy along w the shrimp/chicken wontons.~B2 Prawn chicken wonton tossed vinaigrette $ 13.25 Was ok, it was a bit bland and wasn't even spicy. We asked for the chili vinaigrette. It had like a soap or an aroma floral taste. My friend also agreed after she asked what i thought of this dish.Regular noodles were good & chewy. It was mine and her 1st time here.I met Peilia, sweet lady. She was very informative. She told the customers next to us regarding ordering information. She was so welcoming. I believe she was part of PR & told us how this restaurant is part of the Paradise Group along w the Paradise Dynasty above. Our waiter was ok. When we asked if we can move our seats from a 2 seater table to a booth that can accommodate 4. For a little bit space on the table along w the seating. That way we don't feel a bit cramped. She mentioned that because we ordered already. It's hard to identify what orders belong to what tables.Which me and my girlfriend didn't understand especially it was herself that brought us our dishes. There wasn't a packed house in the restaurant. So we believe the dishes could've been easily identified to whom it belonged to.As far as checking in on us to see if we needed anything else. That was a great touch during our dining experience.Celebrating Lunar New Year. We received coupons in the red envelope given as a thank you. It was for Le Shrimp & Paradise Dynasty. It expires end of April 1.25.23Ambiance of the restaurant was really cute w shrimp decor & waves on the wall. The tables along w the ceiling lighting was modern. They have a Happy Hour promotion on weekdays, Monday-Friday 2:30-5:30 p.m. 30% off all main entrees.Located across from Mochinut donuts.

Must go, Must try place!!! don't miss this place while you visiting the mall. I really not enjoy shopping so much, but I go with my wife to eat after the shopping. The food is AWESOME! High quality, perfectly cooked, and best taste. My favorite asian restaurant in town!!

Good food places in a corner building of the South Coast Mall along Bristol. It has A fine dining, a ramen shop, sandwich shop and a couple of dessert shops and there are restaurants lined up to open (soon?) For your point of reference, it’s connected to the Bloomingdale’s store and there’s plenty of parking. I’ve been here a couple of times and I can say that the food is good but I only gave it 4 stars for the wait time. Don’t come here if you’re very hungry. If you really wanted to dine here, check in, do some shopping and come back. If you can’t wait that long, I suggest go someplace else and try the many options inside and outside the mall.
