A lot of the flavors sold out which I understand but I ordered ahead and they only had one when I ordered two oatmeal. It happens. But they also were sold out of the lemon cheesecake so I asked to replace it with another peanut butter and replace the second oatmeal with one cake batter, but instead they removed my peanut butter one and gave me 2 chocolate cake batter instead of the peanut butter, so it wasn’t swapped correct. It was kinda disappointing but I understand the end of the week is less stocked and I could have also opened the box before leaving, but I wasn’t expecting that. I just wanted to fix my order for the ones that were in stock (again I know there were ones sold out but I mean for the ones ordered that weren’t gone). They hung up on my dad without saying anything in middle of conversation when he asked for a phone number instead of helping him look up the number. I understand the call could have been perceived Karen-like (I was not part of call but I understand the frustration dealing with so many people). But you dont just hang up the phone..I don’t live by the crumbl so I couldn’t drive back to do exchange, but I wish it could have been figured out better. I appreciate them helping swap the cookies initially, just turned out a bit different.
