I got the turkey melt to go and was highly disappointed. It looks nothing like how it's advertised on the Greenleaf menu. My sandwich had three tiny shreds of greens and hardly any caramelized onions, not even enough to taste them. Waste of almost $15.

Update: Food poisoning within 2hrs. This place has gone downhill. Used to come to this SOCO Greenleaf at least once a week (since it opened, no less) but ever since the pandemic, it's become a super crappy deal. Total rip-off and I'm not even gonna be shy to say this to someone's face directly. Yes, delicious clean food, but is $12 for 5 Buffalo cauliflower florets sensible? No, no it's not. Especially when fully 50% of the appetizer isn't even cauliflower. And is $11 sensible for a small slice of multigrain toast with some avocado smash slathered on it with some ordinary cucumber, watermelon radish shavings, and micro greens? Nope. This was $23 and I'm not even full and will need a hefty snack in 2hrs. What a disappointment.

The food is good. They have indoor and outdoor seating, place is clean. Service is fine, if you arrive within 30 minutes to closing time , you'll find the drink station already closed and the staff prepares you for a rushed meal and ensure you sit outside. They close at 4pm.

I used to love this place and would come here several times a month. However, after my last visit shortly before Thanksgiving, in which I got severe food poisoning, I will never risk eating here again. I noticed the salad I usually get had some older ingredients (some of the lettuce in the salad and avocado both looked rough, very brown), but I figured I was being fussy so I just ate around the really wilted brown lettuce. A few hours after eating I got the worst food poisoning of my life, which has evolved into long term gastritis with an active ulcer which has had me go to the hospital twice. Doctor suspects E. Coli food poisoning from here. I am having to see a specialist for this and still struggle eating solid food, I've lost 20lbs in about six weeks. I wish I could fully explain how sick and miserable I've been. I'm not sure if it was bad ingredients or shortcuts or poor food safety, but something here needs to be reviewed to ensure no one else has to suffer as I have.

Unfortunately, they were unable to provide several items from their menu.As a customer, it was disheartening to visit the establishment and not have access to the items I was looking forward to trying. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but it is essential for a restaurant to manage their inventory effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
