Beware: very unfriendly people working in this coffee place, dirty bathroom and most importantly NO soap in the soap dispenser. How are people who are working at the store washing their hands?!

Of the few times I've been here, the coffee I've had has not been very consistent. The first few times the same barista made my coffee, and it was delicious. My most recent visit involved an incredibly sour espresso, completely undrinkable, and a cappuccino with weird milk texture. Will continue to visit and will update my review.

I really liked my cappuccino! The pastry tasted good but wasn't fresh, in my opinion!

Loved my coffee here! The food was also really good. It is small inside but a really nice cozy place to meet up with someone.

The banana iced latte was good but definitely not that strong in terms of coffee. I don't like my coffee super strong or bitter so it was a good pick for me. They have other flavors as well if lattes are your thing. I waited about ~15-20 minutes for one drink on a weekend. Also, it's not an ideal spot for studying or working but more of a place to sit and chat!

Another one of those coffee places that really doesn't taste like coffee at all. It's more like a boba shop without the boba. If you are a big coffee, brew your own, wish you could roast your own beans at home type of coffee maniac, this might not be the spot for you. However, if you like boba like drinks with the cream and all that sweetness -- I think you will really enjoy this spot! 3 stars because the servers and barista were all very friendly!

Really good coffee here! It's a small spot that I thought I'd try studying at. The inside is really good but not great for sitting and working. The tables by the window are too high and the other tables are super low. I still really liked the iced oat vanilla latte I got!

This place is amazing, but it is not a cozy vibe, more minimalist.... but the food, drink, and service are COMPLETELY AMAZING ?Waffles = incredible. Coffee = delicious. Teas = so refreshing and unique flavors.

Ok - there are ton of coffee places in this area so why this one? If you enjoy coffee, black no cream no sugar then you will appreciate the selection of this place. They have some interesting coffee here, seems to rotate every once in a while. If you like the flavored stuff - i always go with the Spanish Latte. I think they put magic in there, not sure but i always get it. Its very good, don't ask just get it. The kyoto cold brew is also pretty good but if you're going to come here, get the spanish. Cold brews taste the same to me but if that is your thing, they have it. Pastries are all pretty good, they always have something that will make you take a second look.Service is spot on, friendly and quick. This isn't a chain so they make the coffee the right way, lovingly and with care. You can watch them make it, no corners cut. Makes you remember the old days when they made coffee before the chain places became ubiquitous. Ambiance is nice, large windows, with a counter to look out and sit, enjoy the weather. take a moment come by enjoy a cup.

ust wanted to try a new place for coffee and the banana latte really caught my interest!!!! And the croffles here too! I really liked the banana latte because it wasn't too strong or overwhelming with the banana taste so I would get this again. I also liked the tiramisu croffle but it was too hard actually. I liked the cream on it but I would ask them to make the croffle not so toasty next time.

My friend and I went here to study and both got the strawberry latte. The coffee was solid and the ambiance inside the cafe was very cozy. We sat on the bar seats to do some work & later moved to the casual seating area which isn't ideal for work. So heads up, this cafe is laid out more for socializing than studying if you're looking to study! The service was amazing, the baristas brought out the drinks to us (I'm not sure if we didn't hear or if that's how they do it) but it was so nice of them! They did not need to do that so bringing out the drinks was a nice touch as we were all set up to work. The playlist was good too I ended up adding a few of the songs. I'll be back!

In-sit is in a corner plaza with parking spaces. With all the businesses in the plaza, I could see parking can be an issue during prime time hours. Walking into In-sit, I felt instantly welcomed. There's tables and seats along one wall and people were comfortably posted on their laptops. The customer service was very warm - answered all my questions and gave some tips. This is what stood out for me. I ordered the passion fruit custard kouign-amann and the caramel latte. I want to say it was fair, not something I would crave or order again. But the cafe offers other options so I'll have to give their other baked goods and other lattes a try.
