service was terrible, after spending 8 bucks on a drink i realize after every sip i took there were string like hairs through out the drink, it was 100% not pulp either so i had to throw out the drink, gross and a waste of moneyedit: was told to reach out to customer service of jamba juice… did so and never heard back

Definitely a solid choice for when you are craving a smoothie or something fresh. The store was a lot bigger than it seemed from the outside and was not too busy. The worker was very patient with me, as it took me a second to decide what I wanted. I was honestly shocked with how fast my drink was made. I feel like Jamba Juice is always a reliable classic. Their menu has a wide variety of good options. Additionally, the medium size was a lot bigger than I was expecting. I had a strawberry surf rider with protein added. The smoothie was good and fairly priced.

Went in for a simple drink smoothie - the employee was mopping the floor fair no worries at all. He walks over to the register and asks for my order no hands washed he begins to start my order when asked are you going to wash your hands or use gloves he told me it was just a mop.... And was rude about it washes his hands for 10 seconds and made the order - they will not pick up the phone when trying to call to tell them. This was horrible. Stay away that whole shopping center is sad

The Shift Lead EVAN. DISRESPECTFUL AND LAZY should be the first wordS to describe him. I walked in the store yesterday at 7:56.. there was a customer IN FRONT of me being helped and within the SAME minute (NOT 8:00pm) tells me he will not serve me. I said "your store closes at 8:00 pm and you just served the people before me who walked in at the same time as me. But you're not going to make me one smoothie? It's still 7:58pm and EVAN the shift lead says "idc man get out of my store" and threatened me. I will be escalating this issue immediately. Dude needs to be fired and go work at McDonald's. lazy bum

Great food! Slow service tho.I'm on club water polo and sometimes my team will go to this Jamba Juice when we want to hang out in between games. When I went here last, they had more people than the last time and they were INCREDIBLY slow. They put order after order after order before mine and some of these people had just arrived! I waited a good 45 minutes before I acquired a simple açaí bowl. But most of the time it's actually pretty fast. So go here if you want good food at a risk. DON'T come here if you're on a tight schedule. Great place overall!

Came in today and it's literally just one guy doing everything, no one at the cash register and his other coworker literally is "asking to leave" and goes in the back for like 20 minutes instead of helping him. One person should not be doing all the work -No one at the register bc the small blonde girl couldn't be bothered and just sat in the back and then deadass left while her one coworker rang up , processed a refund and made drinks all at the same time. Management: do better for your team.

Came in tonight and there were two people working, but one was just wearing a tank top instead of the uniform and ignored us before going to the back to clock out and leave. Second guy ignored us for a long time and had a terrible attitude and muttered when he finally took our order. At first I thought he was just tired so I wasn't too bothered but then while he's making our order in front of us, he's constantly angrily talking to himself and cursing while loudly and aggressively banging around the cups and pitchers. My girlfriend had to step outside multiple times because of how uncomfortable she was with his attitude, aggression and cursing. When our order was finished, he left it counter at the far end without looking at us and just bluntly said "Order's ready" and walked off. I've worked food service and retail, so I understand work stress but this is absolutely not okay, especially when we did nothing at all to cause this aggression. He seemed like he was already in a bad mood from the start and from the other reviews here, it seems like this kind of attitude is a common thing. With employees taking off their work shirts around food prep areas, aggressive employees cursing right in front of guests and incredibly rude attitudes plus our watered down orders compared to other locations, we're never going back to this location again. Employees need way better training in all aspects and the store should be working on getting a full staff of kinder workers.

Praying for the cashier that helped me today. I know he was probably was having a tough day being short handed and working alone doing everything. As an operations expert, this will never work. It's not your fault, management has let you down in order to curb cost. Even in slow times two or three people will still be needed. People only go here based on namesake alone. If someone came out with a similar product and superior customer service, this place would be a relic and seize to exist

Great location but they often only have one person working the whole store.. tonight she doesn't greet you or say anything about the wait.. she could be a little friendlier considering the pieces of their drinks.. almost not worth the wait. Please work on customer service at this location..

Not worth any form of currency. I wouldn't exchange a rock for this food. End of story.
