Exquisite bread seriously delicious, my go-to bakery bread always tastes freshly made and warm. They have a great variety/selection of different types of bread and desserts. Saw a review saying that it had “too much sugar” and honestly what did you expect it’s a pastry it isn’t going to taste spicy or overly salty. Anyways this place is great I recommend it every time!

In fact, you can see how they prepare the bread from the glass that divides the customer area.It's like in Mexico, you take your tray and your tongs to choose the bread you want.The people who serve are always smiling and very friendly.The bakery is always clean.They charge you very quickly.The bread here is delicious! La Espiga bakery is the place where I get delicious bolillos and teleras every week for the past 6 years. Their employees are fast, courteous and friendly. The pastries and cakes look so delicious.

I don't know the names of 2 girls but I went to buy and they treated me badly, the youngest one spoke to me loudly because she gave me the wrong order and I told her that my order was wrong and she yelled at me but we don't charge you for that and I told him I just want my order well please and he gave me another one and he also yelled at me, and then I realized that with men they are all very flirtatious and I, being a woman, treated me badly, it's bad that they are not couples with the customers but anyway and bad hygiene they splash the food when they talk ?

We were two minutes early for our bus but unfortunately the bus was three minutes early and left without us. We were stuck waiting another 20 minutes and fortunately randomly walked in this very busy bakery That's a good sign when there's constant customers! We bought a slice of tres leche cake, a jalapeño with cheese roll, and an empanada with pineapple.... about $9 Very successful bus trip to three thrift stores.

Not my go-to bakery by far! Was near the neighborhood for gas, thought to pick up a Tres Leches for the neighbood party. Bought a complete tres leches for neighborhood party. Wrong move!Absolutely terrible, loaded with sugar, I couldn't take a 2nd bite. Hope to get my money back! The rest of the breads were tasteless too. Tgey even charged me $3 for the box!The place is for freaking hot! Felt so sorry for the workers. I felt obliged to tip.I'm not sure why this place is so crowded!
