They used to have a great manager, but I found her at a Whole Foods Mendocino. What a loss. She was amazing and was great at customer service. I don't go here anymore because the last time I went, my beets to Mt salad were clearly old...it looked like poke fish meat, and it was hard. I went back after picking it up, and they just replaced my order. I think they should have at least apologized. I also decided to stop going because the Avocado QUINOA salad dressing keeps changing. I loved the spice flavor. Sometimes, the dressing would taste flavorless. I used to go here 2 or more times a week. Not anymore....the old beets made me feel sick. I wanted to stop going since I went organic anyway. The dressings and old food just pushed me to stop going. I know the old manager would have apologized and probably considered refunding since we had to make 2 trips and I had started eating old food.

Probably the worst sandwich I have ever ordered from Mendo. Sandwich was so soggy it fell apart and there was no way to save it. What a shame because I have enjoyed all other sandwiches I have ordered in the past. This won’t keep me from coming back but I have learned my lesson on this one.MENDOCINO FARMS REACHED OUT AND I TRULY APPRECIATED THIS. EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE ONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SPECIFIC SANDWICH I WILL CONTINUE TO FREQUENT MY LOCAL MENDOCINO FARMS AS ALL OTHER ITEMS I HAVE TRIED OVER THE YEARS HAVE BEEN GREAT.

I've been coming to this Mendocino Farms for years and there are many reasons why I come back. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is delicious and makes me feel good, and the service. The employees here are SO nice. My favorite thing to get is the avocado quinoa salad with chicken. I was here with my mom having a rough day while we waited for news about our dog at the vet, and all 3 employees I interacted with made my day. You never know what someone is going through, and I really appreciated them being so thoughtful and KIND. Normally, I'm in high spirits when I come in, and I want to say thank you for being so kind to us when we were feeling down.

Fresh, healthy and delicious food served by the best organized and happiest fast casual staff on the planet. These folks set an incredibly high bar for quality and service. Mendo belongs on your rotation. I get the Sweet Heat Crispy Thai Chicken and walk away with a smile on my face every time.

Service was great! The Peruvian steak sandwich was excellent! The avocado and quinoa salad was good but there was a bit too much quinoa which was a little too crunchy. Overall service was great and everyone was friendly! Would recommend!
