This place is great for a chill coffee and conversation. Sharing small bites and conversation. Have a wine and enjoy the calmness of the place, water fountain and trees. I really don’t get people leaving a bad review because they couldn’t use this like a Starbucks, because there’s no wifi or outlets! They are completely missing the point and this places vibe. Go find a Starbucks if that’s what you need. This is a place to slow down and enjoy the scene.

This is one of those places where the workers behave as if you're spoiling their day unless you look rich and/or attractive enough. In that case, I noticed they are extremely friendly and attentive. In both cases, the drinks they made were very good. So enjoy this place for what it is, just be forewarned.Parking: This higher-end strip mall has good parking considering the density of the area, but it can definitely fill up due to how popular the places are. If you don't mind a short walk, there will be parking options nearby

I am a fan! I will be honest - I did not have high hopes for this place because I thought it would be another one of those instagram hyped spots that just looked aesthetic. Pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was. I got the Milligram breakfast which came with bacon, roasted tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms and egg over a toasted sourdough. I added avocado (+$3) and it was a good decision but a pricey one - probably wont do that again since it was just a tiny bit of avocado. I got a flat white to go with breakfast and it was delicious! Service was alright - it took some time for us to get seated mainly because they were understaffed the day after Christmas. The server was great and was very attentive once we were seated. Parking in the front is scarce but they do have a big parking lot in the back which is awesome. Definitely coming back if im in the Costa Mesa area!

A beautiful and peaceful shop with great coffee. I got a regular cappuccino and it was surprisingly amazing. My only issue was that we went during their dinner hours, so they did not let us sit there unless we ordered food/cocktails. But will definitely go back if I'm in the area

I wish I could give a review about the food, but I didn't get to try any of it. My guest and I arrived at 11am and were seated 30 minutes later. Our server gave us a heads up that the food is taking longer today, that was understandable given how busy it was. Then 12:50pm rolls around and we notice tables that were seated after us were getting their food...so we asked out server what happened. Apparently there was mix up and another server gave our food away. The server was very sorry and comped our coffees, but we were disappointed because the food did look good. Unfortunately, I can't say the food was good, and the worst part is that we lost 2 hours of our day because of an unfortunate mix up :(

I love the atmosphere here. It's very modern. The workers were so nice. They notice you and great you right away. They have a limited menu for drinks, but the drinks are solid. I only wish that they have almond milk option, but it was a nice change to switch it up to macadamia nut milk for my base.

Gave this place a third shot. The eggs were overcooked and not seasoned. They would not allow you to adjust the cook because it seems that they pre-bake all of the eggs. The tomatoes were completely unripe. The avocado was unseasoned. The coffee was overextracted. Everything was bad. The waiters and waitresses gave zero attention to the customers and they were standing around talking to their friends. I watched person after person sit down at dirty tables while servers stood around. This was shocking. They also brought out the wrong salad after us waiting for 30 mins. As opposed to the namesake of the cafe this place does NOT have a kitchen.

The atmosphere is nice & service was good. But they do not have Wi-Fi. I came to the coffee shop only because I got my hair done upstairs and wanted to get work done after at this cute spot. Come on guys... it's 2023 how can you not have Wi-Fi for your customers? Found it somewhat comical lol.

Took 15 min or maybe even longer to come to the table and to get a menu. She took beverage order and food order, received the coffee and never received my meal. 30 -45 min later I asked the waitress and she acted like she forgot and unbothered. As I waited for the meal to go now another table came to ask waitress if they could order as no one came to greet them. Very poor service.

This place does NOT have a kitchen. They literally have pre-baked eggs that only come over hard. Quite a joke. The food is poorly seasoned. The waiters are standing around talking to their friends. The tomatoes are unripe and one slice of bacon in an entire sandwich???? Also the potatoes were completely soggy and under done and not seasoned. Will not come back again.

I'm so glad my friend brought me here because it was so aesthetic and the food and coffee were yummy. If you want to dine in, you take a seat first. It took awhile for them to bring the menus and after we ordered, it took awhile for the food to come out. Also the portion is small for the price. Moving onto the drinks, I would recommend the vanilla latte. The flavor is strong and the milk isn't overpowering. My friend said the americano was too bitter for her taste. The breakfast ciabatta was delicious. The egg was cooked just how I like it and the arugula was a nice touch. The fingerling potatoes were so good! Very airy and the aioli, garlic and sea salt blended perfectly. I would go back and try their other dishes.
