Great food. Came here first time I picked a sandwich and lady told me I should have Moskovskiy instead. She said better sandwich. So I got that and it was a great sandwich. This is a real deli!

Crazy lines, horror prices. Dont come there. But stuff is good.

Moscow Deli. At Moscow Deli, I used to go for many years, and I didn't have any particular complaints. But a few days ago, when I visited the store, it was crowded, and I had to stand in line for a long time. When the line approached, the cashier called a man out of turn and started serving him. I reasonably pointed out that we were actually in line before this man. Cheerfully, she responded, "Well, it's almost a holiday, let's not argue." I continued to wait, wearing a mask and feeling unwell. The cashier then served two more customers out of turn but did not attend to us. I asked again when she would serve us, and she grumbled something spiteful under her breath. Finally, after serving everyone out of turn, she calculated our purchases and threw the receipt at us demonstratively. Despite living in America for a while, encountering such rudeness, uncouth behavior, and hostility was a first for me. As soon as I rightfully asked the cashier to serve me in turn, she revealed her true colors in all their "glory." I won't set foot in that store again.

The store is small, but soulful. Great grandmothers working.

Borsht was very flavorful and my favorite out of the items we got. The cabbage was really tender and I have a newfound appreciation for cabbage after tasting this. Would definitely like to try it again, and I usually don't even care much for soups.

Moscow Deli is the only Russian Deli near me, and I love that place The market sell borscht and cheese blintzes and meat stuffed cabbage roll that tasted really good and is very comforting to crave. The service is good. There are bunch of East European foods you could choose in a small cozy deli. Me and my family enjoy going there many many times.

Need more variety, but it's nice having a place to go shop at that is not is Hollywood.

Quaint shop, friendly service, and lots of delicious items to choose from. The deli section has not only Russian favorites but romanian as well. There's homemade desserts and savory crepes, salads, and soup as well. A must try if you're in the area.

A great Russian store with a great selection. Their salamis are truly on another level. I also recommend the Karovka candies.

A taste of homeland in the OC. I frequently shop at Moscow Deli for all the Russian must haves - buckwheat, farmer's cheese, marinated tomatoes, deli meats, and dumplings. I also recently started buying their ready-to-eat borsch, and it's delicious! Love this little store.

My first time visiting a Russian specialized deli / store. I was on a video call with a Russian friend overseas when I was in the store and she loved much of the options in this deli. I only tried a few items and loved them, so now I'll keep going back to try more. It's wonderful to have this place right here in Costa Mesa. And the women there were very nice to me, which was so cool since I obviously had no idea what I was shopping for.
