I was quite bummed out as I drove here specifically because it said it was open 24 hours today - Thursday, I arrived at 6:15am & got past the 1st door however, the 2nd door was locked & nobody was inside. I stood there for a few mins thinking an employee would possibly walk by since the lights were all on and music was playing, that’s someone would see me since even the hours of operation posted said Thurs 24 hours. I’m assuming they’re closed?

Love Norms we held my late husbands repast here and the turn out ended up being less but we worked out a special menu with management. But it was enjoyable and everyone enjoyed the food and service. Bring your friends bring your family it was great. Art is the best.

All I can say, is wow wow wow. What a perfect Easter breakfast we had thanks to Norm catering. From pancakes to scrambled eggs bacon sausage, ham, and breakfast potatoes. It was truly divine. We had about 20 family members and attendance this year and everybody kept asking who cooked? Though I wanted to take the credit I told them chef Norm, of Course! I had my husband turn the oven to 200°, so when we got the food we could keep it heated until our guests arrived. everything came in those aluminum trays, I also ordered a half gallon of hot coffee, which was everybody's favorite. And their orange juice. One stop shop! I couldn't have imagine trying to cook breakfast for that many people and having such a nasty disaster of the kitchen. I am so grateful. Just wow I think we have found our new favorite breakfast spot whenever we're throwing a party. Also shout out to the manager who helped me this morning get everything into my car!

Unfortunately they no longer have the pork chop on their menu. But their T-Bone and Porterhouse steaks are great. I'm assuming they marinate them to get them so tender and flavorful. The breakfast sausage links are the worst I've ever had. A long time ago they made a homemade sausage patty that was great. Now they have a lower caliber turkey sausage patty that is average. But avoid the links! The bacon was 75 percent fat. I guess next time I'll get a slice of ham with my breakfast. The mozzarella sticks were low grade - meh

It’s very calm here. Servers are nice and friendly, as well as patient:) the food is not oily so it tastes very good! Usually tater tots swim in oil - but not at norms, here they were perfect!

Waiting one hour and half for small order, the cashier was playing in her phone and she didn't give my ticket for the kitchen. Very bad experience.

Norms is always pretty good but they did a phenomenal job on the cornedbeef and cabbage dinner. Definitely one of the best meals I've had there. However it was supposed to come with ice cream but the waitress was too busy talking with her coworkers and found it necessary to fill syrup bottles instead of finishing up with her customers . When I paid the bill and asked about the ice cream she said oh I forgot. This won't stop me from coming back but come on norms.Parking: Always somewhere to park

Don't believe their hours of operation posted on any site. Even their corporation site. You can walk in just to be told they are closed. Even tho the front door is posted 24 hours and you can walk in. You can even order on their site. You can even order delivery. Because well they are open 24 hours. Save ur time. Save ur headache. I hate posting negative reviews but- I hopefully this saves someone time going out of their way for something that is not what it said to be.

Food reminded me of hospital food or a frozen dinner, just pretty bad. Sorry Norms. Salad was OK, soup was bland. Steak was below average. Server was great, no complaints there. Maybe breakfast is better? Interror is pretty old looking, needs a renovation.Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap parking
