Well after all those bad reviews Panera is out of business in Target center Panera was the bomb in the beginning maybe they can fix there business model.

Dude, how is it that a YOU PICK 2 cost $31 for 2 orders of these. Lol. Maybe I'm the dummy because I don't recall this being THAT expensive. Ok maybe it's because of inflation, shortage of what seems to be everything nowadays, but man, I thought these used to be no more than $10/each. Anyhow, I have to say the chicken Fuji apple salad was surprisingly REALLY good. Next time I would ask them to go easy on the blue cheese and dressing. Would definitely come back for that salad but don't be fooled and think the YOU PICK 2 is a deal.

Horrible service. The staff move so slow and seem unmotivated. Never seen a guy make a sandwich so slow. Especially when I ordered it online and it should have been ready when I arrived.

I have been to this restaurant many times in the past with good service and food. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I had the same experience for the last two times. It is going downhill fast. I ordered the creamy chicken and wild rice soup many times, however, this time it was not creamy but very watered down and I could barely find the chicken. My granddaughter ordered the chicken bowl and it wasn't available as they didn't have broccoli. The last time we were there she tried to order it and couldn't get it because they didn't have rice. In addition, there is definitely a lack of staff as the dirty dishes were still on some empty tables as well as piling up near the trash area. So disappointed, we will not be coming back.

I was on my break time and decided to make a quick trip in for a panera bread meal when i walked in there was no one in the cash register and as i waited i heard people on the side having a conversation and laughing..i went to check over and there was the manager and cashier just having a conversation as if they were at home and not at work..had to get their attention so they can take my order. The cashier took my order correctly and somehow the people that make the sandwich manage to give me the wrong sandwich. The store was not even busy and yet it took them 15 minutes to give me my order incorrectly and my frozen caramel had been sitting on their counter for awhile too. Very unprofessional place but i mean their was no leadership I guess

25-30 minute wait for my food, then when I was missing multiple items including a smoothie and Mac n cheese, and was told to get back in line to reorder as if this was my mistake. Then the food was cold. Honestly y'all charge way too much for this low quality service. At least get a dollar menu since you act like fast food

Check your order before you leave! Orders are never complete. I feel like every time I order from this location it's always missing something and I don't realize it until I get home. Such an inconvenience. Also when you try and call it's always busy so you can never reach a live person.

I paid $15 for soup and Cesar salad only to come home and it look like this. Pretty pitiful if you ask me.
The girl working the cash register was the ONLY nice worker. She was super friendly and answered any questions I had. Everyone else was SO RUDE, specifically the people working the pick-up station. The man at the pick-up counter on Sunday May 1st was ESPECIALLY mean. I asked for a fork because they had forgotten it for my salad, and he said "no" and rolled his eyes while shoving a fork into my hand. So unacceptable. I'm always very friendly to any customer service worker and will always say please and thank you, and I still did that today. However, I was met with very rude behavior. Completely ruined my experience. I'm never coming back to this location. The food was fine. I got the tuna salad sandwich which was okay aside from the random salty parts. The salad was good but nothing amazing.

Please update your store hours. Both Google Maps and Yelp said you were open until 9pm on Saturday 4/16 but the doors were locked by 8:30pm. An employee came outside to confirm that they closed at 8:30pm. There were also no hours listed on the doors or windows at the entrance.

Love that Panera has a coffee subscription for $8.99 a month for unlimited coffee for the month. They have really good hazelnut coffee. Can't go wrong with it. Plus you can come back every 2 hours for more hot or cold coffee and also hot tea.

This may very well be the WORST Panera I have ever had! I had a pickup order yesterday that my bf got for us. This review is solely based on their food since I personally was not there to see how their establishment was taken care of inside. I ordered the cheddar broccoli soup and a Napa chicken salad sandwich. The soup was very chunky and had an odd, stale color to it - making me think it was sitting around for a while. I've never had soup at Panera that was as thick as the one I had yesterday. And for my sandwich, the bread was cut so big it was like two bricks with a huge wad of filling in between. Very messy. Not only that but the chicken salad was lacking in flavor, the greens tasted old and wilted. The part that really upset me was that I found a STICKER in my sandwich. I pulled an actual sticker out of the chicken salad mix. That worried me that I may have ingested something else that wasn't supposed to be in my food. This location obviously has employees that do not care what food they are sending out. Everything I had in my order was off or tasted old. I will most definitely NOT be coming back to this Panera. They should take better care with how they present themselves to customers.

This Panera site is horrible!!! We can't get anything that's made right. From missing toppings to chicken noodle soup that was only broth. The management is totally inept when it comes to service. After speaking with them multiple times, we finally realized they don't give a hoot about making anything right or customer service. We will never go back to this location.
