Wow, this joint did not disappoint! With so many options in the neighborhood I went for the place with the best reviews and I’m glad I did. I came in just before close but they were super kind and helpful. I had the birria tacos (#9) and they were sooo good! I wasn’t very hungry so the 2 tacos was plenty, if you’re hungry go for 3 or maybe 4 ?Ozzy took care of me and made me feel right at home. Definitely coming back here to try some options!

I tried the el tapatio tacos (birria) and while they did taste pretty good they were cold, there was not enough tacos, and they lacked a little flavor. Overall The food was decent and the service was great. Its probably since they are new but they have potential.

Que Vida truly is the place to come to for amazing food and fabulous drinks. You order up at the counter but that doesn’t stop from the amazing table side service they provide. Ozzy, Johnny and Victor make sure you feel welcome and that your needs are met. From the fish tacos to the Mexican Sunday they do not fail. I’ll be back every week!

The food is good and priced about right for a fast casual place. The staff is nice and fairly attentive. You can order and find a seat, or order at the bar. They have a Taco Tuesday deal which gives you a selection of tacos to choose from at $11.50 for three tacos, and fresh, homemade margaritas at $7.50. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to offer more and better local craft draft beer options and more of a wine selection.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian taco option which is pretty good. There's also a great chile relleno and a vegetarian burrito I haven't tried. The one bowl offering is great and can be made vegetarian.

Classy taco place, recently expanded to take over the old Which Wich. Added bonus is a bar with a stack of interesting margaritas.

Tonight was my fourth time at Que Vida. It never disappoints. VERY good food and the margaritas are amazing. They have a menu of several different ones to choose from. The el pastor tacos are the best that I've ever had and I've tried them at many many places. Chicken enchiladas are very hearty- full of meat and very delicious Not only is the food and drinks great here, but honestly the service is top notch. I always sit at the bar. Anthony and Johnie are the BEST bartenders. They are extremely friendly and personable. They also make great recommendations as well. If you haven't tried this little gem of a restaurant, it's a must!

Wow! Ozzie is an awesome bartender/ server. Wonderful customer service and such an upbeat happy attitude. I haven't even ordered my food yet and I'm already writing a review because I'm in love with this place.

We had an amazing evening at Que Vida! The chips and salsa and guacamole were absolutely delicious. And let me tell you, the shrimp and beef fajitas we had for our main course were to die for! Mouthwatering, I tell you. Oh, and the margaritas? So tasty, they hit the spot just right. But you know what really made our night? Our bartender waiter. He was simply fantastic, taking care of us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. And even though the ambiance was a bit plain, it was still clean and cozy. All in all, it was a truly wonderful experience!

I would truly recommend this restaurant! I dined at a Mexican restaurant called "Que Vida Tacos" and it was an exquisite experience. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with friendly staff, set the tone for an enjoyable evening. The menu boasted a diverse range of authentic dishes, each bursting with flavors that transported me to Mexico. From savory tacos to mouthwatering enchiladas, every dish showcased a perfect balance of spices. The aguas frescas added a refreshing touch to the meal. Overall, Que Vida Tacos is a must-visit for those seeking a true taste of Mexican cuisine in a welcoming setting.

Picked up a bunch of food for my family visiting Newport Beach. All of us were pleasantly surprised how good everything was, from the crunch of the fried fish taco with fresh crema, to the hefty California asada burrito, down to the rice, beans, and fresh salsas. There wasn't a mediocre dish or side. I love places like this, they serve honest, well-crafted food for a reasonable price. I hope this place does well, Orange County needs more spots like this.
