I tried the new recipe vegan miso ramen and it was quite good! Lots of veggies, corn, cabbage etc. the tofu had nice flavor. I ordered it spicy for an extra $1.5. Will definitely get it again!

New ownership with ZERO chicken ramen options unlike the previous owner who had an amazing garlic spicy chicken ramen. I have no idea why they chose to get rid if the chicken? Chicken ramen isnt too hard to make so im not sure why..Warning: only pork options here and a small boring menu with only pork

Twas a first time visiting this underrated gem ? ramen noodle shop!I was with a group of Japanese who wanna try vegan experiences and they enjoyed the ramen very much! They also tried meat based but still they enjoyed it a lot. A few even said it’s better than meat one! I think that’s a good compliment for it!I personally loved it and I drunk even the last drop of the soup!Come for those who are vegan/vegetarian and enjoy plant based!Cheers ?

The old owner retired a couple months ago so the shop is under new management, and with it comes a new menu. While I miss my go-to order of tantan ramen and chashu quesadilla, the new menu focuses mostly on the ramen. The miso ramen has a new smokey taste to it which I enjoy, and the noodles are just as good as before (maybe even better). The chashu slices might be a bit fatty for some but that's how I like it. Overall still a good price and great taste! Crossing my fingers they bring back the tantan ramen again!

I used to love this place when it was bustling in 2019. I would crave their vegan ramen! Took my husband here in 2023 and it has gone down hill. The ambiance is stuffy, mainly because the server was not very friendly. My husband moved two tables together so we could sit in the booth next to each other and she reprimanded him - mind you, the place was totally empty (there was only one other person there). They apparently are no longer family owned but owned by a large company - not sure which one. The menu is much smaller. My husband got the pork deluxe and the broth was salty, heavy, and greasy. My husband said it did not taste as fresh. The pork was over cooked. Save your money and go elsewhere :(

This place is amazing!!! Double broth shoyu with house made chasu?!? So good! The service amazing. The ambiance super authentic. Ultra man! Love it. Will be coming back again and again! Afraid to post about it because I don't want the lines to start!

For my first time here I was taken away by how small the restaurant is and how limited the menu is - with the mazemen, toppings, shoyu, and miso being the only options, albeit with customizable options such as the spice level. It was empty when we came but the service was amazing and our server was lovely! The deluxe shoyu ramen was delicious - the shoyu was well-balanced, the noodles were springy and it was very much filling. Loved the hole in the wall vibe and i'll definitely be back soon!

This is one of my favorite ramen restaurant in Orange County, the ramen is great and the broth is delicious!

Been here a few times and always enjoyed the hole in wall vibe. Since I've last been here, they seem to have skimmed down the menu considerably, and I think that's been to their benefit. Previously they had a lot of different styles and broths and tons of apps and sides. The flip side was that while they were all pretty good and offered unique dishes you can't find at some of the other spots, none were really exceptional. This bowl I had was pretty exceptional. The chashu pork in particular was stellar, and the broth had a nice deep flavor. It was a filling bowl as well. I had a takoyaki side dish as well that really yummy. More gooey than crispy as you'd find in Japan. I look forward to my next visit.

My favorite ramen in town. Great vegan and vegetarian options as well. Small restaurant with limited seating but it's ok because it truly adds to the experience. This place is nostalgic to me. Servers are super nice.

First time here. Got the pork fried rice and spicy garlic edamame. this might become a small addiction problem. Highly recommend!!

Simple menu. Great ramen. Three tables and a side table so seating can be a hit or miss. Attracts a variety of people on this low key hotspot.

My favorite spot for ramen, I usually get the spicy ramen but this time I tried the miso and it was just amazing, very rich. Pretty cozy little spot and super friendly staff
