I love this Starbucks. I've worked many places near different ones and this one always makes my day. They always have my order right and sometimes leave sweet messages on your drink! Makes me smile everytime. They always greet you and make you feel welcome. Went in here today twice & they mest up my order twice, the first time I went in I asked for a venti drink they gave me a grande the girl even repeated my order as a venti but put it in as a grande I come in again & I asked for a venti iced caramel macchiato when they call out my name they hand me a hot caramel macchiato as I was waiting for my order there was another customer who had also had the same problem as me asked for a venti & received a grande, & she had ordered from the same girl, the girl remakes my drink & when she hands it to me it's so milky seemed more milk than coffee I always get it upside down & it loooked very milky & no cofffeee Never coming again to this location

I love this place and come here ever so often no complaints until this last time where some employees decided it was ok to lie and say that there is a limit to how many refills you can get, I checked the Starbucks website searching of where they had a policy of only 1 refill per person but couldn't, it's clear they lied just to get out of doing more work, not cool.

Nice Starbucks inside the smaller South Coast Plaza. I originally made an order through the app at the wrong location, but they were nice enough to fix me up the drink I ordered. I got a grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino which came out in a timely manner. Drink was delicious. They even gave my pug a little puppuccino to enjoy too!

Coffee tastes horrible ??Don’t go there on weekendsAsian people are so not kind they just do their job to make store richThe manager added water to coffee and didn’t have enough soy milk but just ignoredThey made with wrong ingredients which I am allergic to, I had headache stomach pain couldn’t sleep all night had to CXL mtgs next day, I could sue for that ??

I personally love this location. Leslie and Ariana have taken care of me multiple times and always provide the best service. It's a really busy store so you can get a little cramped but I have never had any issues with order in accuracy and everyone there is super nice. Big fan!

Service is lackadaisical at best. They don't listen. Got my BLACK coffee wrong. Amazing. Furthermore, seems as though the only bold coffee they serve is Verona, a very low grade coffee, unless you want their cheapest and worst, Pikes. Step it up
