Used the Mobile App to order and pay for my specially made drink and picked it up via drive-thru. The person who made my drink did not follow my instructions. They made it how it is usually made. The drink is $1 more than other Starbucks I have been to. They tried to charge me for someone elses order. It is very hit and miss in terms of positive and negative experiences.
This is the best Starbucks ever… I am a barista, shift supervisor, coffee, master… I came to California from another state from a store that was a $70,000 a week store… This was the store that matched everything in the state that I moved to California from… Their qualityof their product going out the door and the window is absolutely superb… Customer connection… At 100%… Making every moment right… At 100%… Absolutely amazing… It has been my favorite Starbucks...read full review
