A standart americano order can’t be taken down or delivered properly why consumers pay $5 for a cup of coffee ?? Person who works in service Industry don’t know how to communicate in simple words period . Telling me they can’t serve a americano hotter I should have a regular coffee instead . if you are an adult and don’t know how to take a coffee order or deliver a coffee order taken down for you quit your job or they should send you home .

I have never had such a terrible experience at a Starbucks before. My family and I came from Canada and have never experienced the disrespect and rudeness displayed by the employees at this Starbucks location! My family and I ordered multiple items from drinks to foods and they had missed our order. We approached a barista about this concern and he seemed unsure as to why our order had been missed. Another employee named Tiffany who was rude and disrespectful approached and asked about the situation. Long story short they brought our drinks to the table but still no food that was on the order was given. This was frustrating as we had been waiting for 30 minutes for some items. The employees proceeded to make the food items that were missing. A short lady with black hair who was wearing a mask with no name tag came to our table and placed the food items on the table. After all of this, there was STILL a food item missing. A never ending cycle! We approached the same lady and told her we still have a missing food item and she gave no answer and proceeded to get the food item. So disrespectful! We sat back down and a few minutes later she came to our table with the food item and THREW the item on the table with no comment. We were all in shock! How does this place hire individuals who offer zero customer service and make customers feel bad about PAYING for these items. Unbelievable! I would not recommend this Starbucks location to anyone. I would recommend to have a manager talk to these employees as no customer should be treated the way we were very disappointed!

My family and I came here to have breakfast, it was four of us in total, we each ordered a drink item and food item. Long story short they missed couple of our drinks and food items, which is understandable to a certain degree, it was a big order. We asked for the missing items, the first barista came and gave us the missing drinks-no problem, then another barista came gave us the missing food item. We noticed we were still missing one food item. We went to mention that to the barista and she turned away from us and started walking the other direction, we had to tell another barista about the missing item. That same barista (that turned away from us) came to gave us the last item, she THREW the item on our table. She was very rude. As if it was our fault that they kept messing up our order. She was short, short hair and wore glasses, no name tag. She made us feel like an inconvenience to her- so sorry for consuming at Starbucks, geez ??
