Let's start with the chocolate nutty sandwich. Two flourless peanut butter cookies with chocolate buttercream in the middle. I'd rate it a 3.5 - the chocolate is pretty sweet, and my cookies were quite crumbly to the touch. Overall, not my favorite, but, not my least favorite. On to the strawberry cake... WOW!!! Absolutely delightful! The strawberry purée buttercream really is the star of the show here. I'm sad they won't offer this after this month, but also happy, because I would be tempted to get this all the time. If you get a chance in the next few days to try this, I would. Moist, super tasty, and oh-so-strawberrylicious. Solid 5 stars. As for the service - couldn't tell you who helped me. She barely spoke to me outside of, "anything else?". And when I paid, I was the one who had to say, "Have a good day!". 1 star. The cake boosts my overall rating - it's just so good.

SusieCakes is AMAZING. A vendor brought some mini cupcakes in for our office and I loved them so much I took my husband and we bought a bunch to try different flavors. They were all delicious. They even threw in a free slice of cake for us. If you are looking for a home style cake or cupcake that packs a punch and looks just as good, SusieCakes is the place to go. I just stopped in to get my husband a birthday cake today and they are selling pineapple upside down cupcakes. OH MY GOSH. GO GET ONE NOW BEFORE THEY ARE GONE. THEY ARE SOOOO GOOD.

My favorite SusieCakes of all the SusieCakes. The service here is incredible! The ladies behind the counter are so sweet, warm, and personable. I've tried almost all their different cake and cupcake flavors flavors. I wish their strawberry cupcakes weren't seasonal because they're amazing and i would love to have them year round. My other favorites are their red velvet, chocolate, marble, and birthday cake. Can't go wrong, though. Their perks are good, so it's definitely worth it to sign up for their soo.

Hitting on all cylinders tonight. Carrot cake tonight was better than ever, super soft moist and flavorful. I really liked the more messy looking cake tonight it seemed to have more love put in it. The Guinness cupcake for St. Patrick days was very different and boozy, moist chocolate and cream cheese frosting worked well I was concerned because most of the time booze drys out the cake, but in this case it did not..

Suzie with a Z was incredible. The cake was beautifully decorated and ready to be picked up on time. Anytime we order from this location, it is the easiest pick up and smoothest transaction. on top of the gray product, Suzie saw my daughters and offered them a huge cookie. This cookie had a big impact because they had a long car ride to pick up the cake and a long drive back out to Redlands. Thank you, Suzie cakes!

Bought a birthday cake and cupcakes. The taste was amazing. The reason for the 2 stars is the customer service received there. Customer service can really make or break an overall experience. Kendall seems like she was just irritated. Did not explain the different types of cakes properly. Looks like she just wanted to make the sale and be done with me as a customer. it was my first time here and I didn't even ask more than one question and she already looked irritated like I should already know how everything works. She really should learn customer service. Not sure if she's not having a great day, but this kind of threw the whole experience off for me and my work colleagues will probably not be back.

I'm a party host, so i get offered cake left and right. But a bite of this cake was so delicious. I had to get the name of the bakery. So for MONTHS i wanted to come here but never wanted my family to drive me far. I planned a day to bus here but my brother heard of my plan and offered to drive me. When we arrived i was so excited. The workers were the sweetest lady's here. We decided to get a slice of each slice. The place is so cute. When I went to pay the worker said she saw me outside excited and it was on the house. I cried. Imagine being so excited to come here for a year and then coming and it living up to my expectations. AND MORE. I will never forget this day. I hope these workers get everything they deserve. Thank you guys so much! Expect me back on graduations, birthdays, holidays any excuse to come back. I will definitely tell every person I meet to come here.

As soon as we came here we were greeted by one of the employees outside (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but she wore a green bandana), and she saw how excited my sister was. They explained all the prices, flavors, etc, and everyone was extremely nice and positive. When we were about to pay, they threw in some free items and a free milk. We got 4 slices of cake just to try each of the flavors, and they were each big portions. The cakes themselves were extremely moist and delicious. 10/10 definitely coming back. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some good cakes/cupcakes.
So amazing! The cupcakes were delicious. The service was superb! It was super busy on a Sunday morning but they got me out of there in a few minutes. I will go again.

SusieCakes is AMAZING. You cannot go wrong. I am very critical and find it difficult to find nice fluffy cake or cupcakes with great frosting- not a grocery stores or even Sprinkles lately, but this is it! I got the slice of chocolate cake and the marble cake and they were incredibly filling and delicious!!! Also got cupcakes for the family, Red Velvet, Chocolate, Strawberry and Flourless Chocolate. OMG, they were all amazing and not heavy like sprinkles, a little smaller but much better quality and frosting is so good and they are light so they do not feel like you ate something heavy. PS, we live in Corona, so s good ways away but if we are anywhere close, we go! Also, great for kids ( big like me and small) to watch them making cakes in the kitchen and they have Birthday cakes or for any event.

We have been going here for several years and they have never disappointed. Our daughter recently turned 29 and my husband picked out one of the best cakes! She was cracking up when she saw it. It's called the Barbie Cake and it was nicely decorated, delicious and full of chocolate yumminess.

Ordered 12 cupcakes for a birthday celebration on February 22nd. They required 24 hours notice for an order. We placed the order on Tuesday for Thursday pickup and variety of flavors at the Costa Mesa location. Payed $60.00 for 12 cupcakes. They were very dry not moist at all. Very crumbly when a fork was put into them they were falling apart dry. They were very small Definitely not worth $60.00 for one dozen. The local Bundt store would have been much better than what we paid for, Or the local warehouse store cupcakes would have been better for half the price. Recommend no, will I go back NO not for the price, and Quality of the product.
