I order on the kiosk and they kept serving the drive thru orders while I was completely ignoredand after I waited for 25 minutes they told me that they don't have my order in there system and they can't make it if it's not in there system so I asked for a refund and they couldn't even give me my money back so I ended up paying and waiting for 25 minutes for a food that I didn't get and I was so pissed for them saying it's not there problem and that I need to call the Taco Bell customer service I called the customer service the next day and someone answered after 11 minutes of waiting and he wasn't talking to me he was just chilling and listening to some drake and he ended the call after 4 minutes

Stopped into my local Taco Bell this morning. I went inside to order on their kiosk. I was the only inside customer. I do not use the drive up.I made my order, and waited about 10 minutes, and noticed that several drive up customers were served before me. There were 7 cars that made their order and received their items while I stood there. Yes, I counted them one by one receive and leave. Their orders came in after mine.When I asked an employee if they give priority to drive up customers, he stated "we try not to".What kind of answer is this?? Am I a lesser customer at this point?Please note this is the third time I have had this experience at this location in the past few months. Something is wrong here.Please do not give me excuses about ability to find workers, etc. The workers that you hire should be trained in first class customer service, period.Please respond with some idea of what corporate plans to do to fix this. I will take my business elsewhere otherwise.Thank you.

They don't even deserve 1 star. So unorganized, food is made very sloppy and the food prep guy used the same gloves for everything. Even touched money and went back to the food. Took them close to 30 minutes to give me my food. To top it off they didn't complete my order!

Love this location. Loads of parking. Super tasty food. They don't skip on the meats! They had people walking around cleaning windows and stuff which I think always makes a huge difference when people are cleaning in a restaurant. The lady at the register was new and hilarious. She made us laugh and we made her laugh and it was a very personable experience with great food to boot. Had a great time. The training person was also very kind. Nice to see such a easy going environment. :)
