Love this location! I tend to order for pick up but the employees are great and give me anything I need without me having to ask! And if I do need anything, they’re always very nice!

Their customer service is horrible and their very rude, i was standing there to be attended to but they kept ignoring me until i said something. The girl at the register told me my order is being packed up, i seen one Of the guys that work there finish packing it up, but he left it behind the counter and didn’t tell me anything until I came up to him and told him that I’m waiting for my order I gave him the name, but He had me repeat myself again because he couldn’t hear and then finally he gave me my order. I’m not coming to this place anymore as they’re very disrespectful.

My order was supposed to be ready at 8:06am and I walked out at 8:33am! For 3 items. Another woman that was there before me left without her order and a gentleman waiting for one reg coffee had to ask several times for his. Very unorganized or maybe they need more staff. I left very upset.

The service at this location specifically is always the best. The baristas are always kind and quick, plus the drinks have always come out perfect and I love how consistent they are!
Was so looking forward to my Americano a splash of old milk. Starbucks seems to get it right along with multiple other coffee shops. Not bad. Staff could be a little friendlier. seemed to smooth out as I sat here. Good atmosphere. Cute dog in here. I'll be back.

Came in for a tea drink this morning and the girl at the register not only charged me for my drink, but tipped herself 25%. When the screen with the total and tip came up, it immediately changed to the screen to charge my card. I thought it was strange and proceeded to tap the screen with my card to pay. I did ask for the receipt and noticed the added tip amount. I was in a rush so it was a battle I didn't want to waste time with, but I'll never be going back. Hope her manager reads this and discipline her.

I received my birthday reward and only had 3 days to use it. I went into this location Saturday, Sunday and again today (Monday) but there was a sign on the door everytime saying no mobile orders, credit cards, accepting cash only. I went out to my car and tried to place a mobile order & it went through so I went in & picked up my coffee. I let the girl working know that my mobile order went through so it was clearly working. She just said oh that's weird & didn't apologize or anything for the inconvenience of having to come in several times with false signs on the door.
