We have been coming to Brooke for her pies for years! We first found her when we were searching for the best Dutch Apple Pie in OC. Brooke is super talented and makes the best apple pies, and also seasonal pies. We also love her Pumpkin pies and her savory pies are to die for! She has so many options and they all come in different sizes to cater to your families. She’s expanding her business and have more pick up locations all over OC. If u want some delicious seasonal pies and traditional apple pies then you will need to give this a try! The below pie is her seasonal Strawberry Pie for Pie Day! It was So refreshing and delicious! Brooke’s pies are quite frankly the best we’ve ever had. Don’t let the name fool you, Brooke can make a lot more than just apple pie! We’ve tried the pumpkin, pecan, apple & so many others we’ve lost count. Simply amazing flaky crust, delicious fillings that aren’t artificial or overly sweet and so easy to bake at home by following the easy instructions!

One of the best pies in OC and they have so many flavors. I strongly recommend the pumpkin crumble because it's super crispy out of the oven and still pretty crispy when it's cold. Brooke and her team are really responsive and super nice. They still deliver to your car once you're in their parking lot so you don't have to pick up in person. The vegetable curry pie could use a little more spices but the vegetables in it are very tasty and not mush.

Just made the Crumb Top Triple Berry Apple. Video instructions plus the instruction in box make it truly fool proof. The pie is exceptional. Fruit filling is perfect balance between sweet and a touch of tart. Crumble top is perfectly crunchy and just the right amount of sweet. Pie shell on bottom is cooked to perfection, not doughy and undercooked as is often the case with other pies. Have the pumpkin and the pecan in my freezer. Can't wait to make those.

WELL, let me tell you!!! ;) Upon tasting, he loved it so much, he refused to share “HIS” pie with anyone and actually ran off with it. I picked up my order directly from the owner Brooke, who is so friendly and offered great tips on baking (like using foil on the edges if it starts to get too brown) as well as well as how to get that nice gloss on the pies. Great and easy tips she suggested which I found simple enough that I could do and I ended up doing a nice egg wash. It came out looking amazing and tasted amazing. So sweet, tasty just the perfect balance of flavors and paired with some Vanilla Bean Ice cream, oh wowzers!I am now placing a few more orders for upcoming birthdays, etc…I’m getting the Cherry pie and of course the Dutch Apple Crumb because, well, I just gotta. Folks, the owner Brooke is just great to work with as I need these pies in a particular day and she is very understanding and accommodating. Best Tasting Pies in OC! Placed my order online for Mother's Day and they were very clear about how to pick up my order. Easy to bake instructions and loved every pastry we ordered. My favorite was the peach and apple turnovers. The fruit filling was perfectly sweet and the crust was so flaky and buttery! Also ordered the fresh strawberry pie and the strawberries were so fresh and was a perfect dessert for my mom! OH MY we found the best PIE! I just had to share because it was so pie-fect!. A good pie is so hard to find and Brooke at the Flaky Apple Pie Co. was so sweet, full of good pie-brations. She made us the best boysenberry pie. Great flakey crust and I can't remember the last time I had a boysenberry (where have all the boysenberries gone?). They have a huge selection, pot pies too. Seriously, this pie was the hit of our family celebration. Yippey Pie Yay!
