Literally won’t eat pizza or pasta anywhere else past 5 years - that good - that authentic. My last trip to Italy was almost a let down knowing I had this place so close to home.

Had dinner here with my husband and sister before going to a concert at the Observatory. We had great service and delicious food/drinks. It was our first time here so we came hungry and wanted to taste as much as possible.Starters: Negronis. Calamari & BruschettaAll were perfectly deliciousPastas: Paccheri Pistacchio & Spaghetti alla CarbonaraBoth pastas were really good and would reorder them again.Pizza: Bari & FirenzeBari had delicious Burrata on top would reorderFirenze was good but the truffle smelled more prominent than you could taste.Dessert: Espresso martini (yummy) & Cannoli (good but not super great)Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. We took an uber so not sure on the parking situation, but the lot looked small and they did have a valet present.Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely return.

We ordered the Arancini Verdi (risotto balls) which had pesto and spinach. They were OK. The idea is good, but they came out lukewarm and not a lot of flavor especially for something fried and cheesy. For entrees I got the REGGIO CALABRIA pizza which has salame, sausage, mushrooms, and mozzarella. This was a legit pizza and could probably feed 2. Great for sharing. The dough is made in house and of course cooked in a stone oven. This pizza was good but not memorable. My fiance ordered the SPAGHETTI alla CARBONARA. Handmade pasta in a cream sauce with guanciale which is cured pork cheek, guancia, the Italian word for 'cheek. This pasta dish was money. The spaghetti was made from scratch and you could tell. AMAZING. The sauce was light but still full of flavor, and the guanciale with pepper just hit. I recommend asking for extra pecorino. For dessert we got the CANNOLIS and the AFFOGATO VANILIA. The cannolis were stuffed with ricotta and topped with pistachios. They were flavorful. Well made. The AFFOGATO was vanilla ice cream with espresso poured over the top and it's just that. They put it into this stemless martini glass and fill it to the top with no plate under the glass. So eating an ice cream float out of it was messy AF. Not fun. Food and drinks 4/5 The pizza was good, not game changing. They had a variety of different pizzas so I might have picked the wrong one. Maybe it was too basic. The pasta was spot on. It's not going to get much better for authentic Italian pasta. The risotto balls were disappointing and the desserts were a little good. The drink list is heavy on the spirit forward drinks. I can imagine a guy with a fedora and twirly mustache would be heaven. And the wine list is great with plenty to choose from in all directions. Service and culture 4/5 Service was decent, knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't always get our waitress when we needed her but the good news is there were other staff members who were always around and happy to help. They were out of tiramisu! The reason we chose this place that night (we really wanted tiramisu) but these things hanen in restaurants, but it was still a bummer for us. Overall the culture seems good here with good hires. People wanting to work, friendly, and helpful. Atmosphere and vibe 4/5 This place has a great vibe. Pretty laid back but still functional. The atmosphere is top notch. This place is more patio than restaurant yet every wall that's outside has some sort of decoration, vegetation, or art. Everything was thought out and purposeful including the menus which has an attitude of their own with instructions on using proper Italian hand gestures (good and bad). The inside was tiny with a huge brick oven and kitchen. There were bar seats and tables, but it felt like you were hanging out at someone's home. Overall 12/15 This place has the vibe and atmosphete that will have you coming back. That's why it's packed every night. The food and service was good. Good pizza and pasta is enough to get people to come back. If you're looking for a trendy spot that's usually packed, and has a lot of outdoor seating and really good pasta that's reasonably priced then you'll definitely love this spot.

Skip the red wine, everything we tasted super bitter. Speciality cocktails were amazing though. I'd also skip the carbonara pasta, in all honesty it was just really bland. However the pizza was amazing, their red sauce was to die for. Personally I'd recommend a red pasta instead. Overall it was good but for the price point I'd recommend cucina enloteca.
