I ordered online and waited in the one and only line behind the folks placing new orders. The food was cold, the chicken was super fatty and almost unedible, and the lettuce was stale. French fries were super greasy. Probably never ordering from there again.

First thing, 1st... I forgot to take a picture of my lunch because I I just devour my meal before the thought came to mind.I just want to say, Karla, the manager on-site provides outstanding service every time we have dine-in. I love her attention to clients and making sure we are properly taken care of. She definitely makes the experience paletable.Any issues that have arise, she is quick to resolve. Portions and pricing has improved. Karla, has definitely made great improvements to the Placentia Wahoos! Keep it up and great staff and cooks.

Food is good. I usually order the shrimp enchiladas and the shrimp tacos (1988 style). Good customer service, but I've had bad luck getting my food on time when I phone in my order for pick up. I understand, because they're really busy during lunch rush and get backed up with phone orders and orders for dine in.

Came here with my family and I would definitely recommend it because of the service. A man, I'm assuming the manager, came and asked us how our food was. Then when I tried cleaning up my 1 year olds crazy mess, 2 ladies came and politely told me not to and they would take care of it. I appreciate good people and good customer service!
