The cheese selection is always great. I tried the smoked Gouda and honey grilled cheese with prosciutto, it was amazing!!! The cheese and mustard dipping sauce was to die for. The best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. I hope they keep this on the menu.

I've been coming to the Wine Lab in Costa Mesa for years whenever I'm in Orange County and it's become my go to spot for a nice glass of wine & good vibes. This place has been a wonderful addition to the LAB with multiple dining places/shops in the same plaza. It's a great spot with a lovely ambiance, good wine, and delicious cheese is always a treat. Whenever I come in I'm always greeted by the friendly staff and mellow atmosphere. The Tasting flights are fantastic for exploring different varieties and they have such a wide selection, It's like a journey through flavors! They also have a wine shop and you can pick up a bottle of any of the wines they have on the menu. Definitely drop by if you're in the area and looking for a good wine bar.

I was looking to switch it up while my wife and I were having a date night. This actually was the place of our third date almost 8 years ago. All I can say is that it is a lovely place with great ambience, delicious cheeses, cold cuts and of course amazing wine. All of the staff is also very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Really enjoyed our wine flights (we got one of their all red flights) and our charcuterie board! Came in the week before Christmas, not sure if it'd be busier than normal, but it was nice and mellow. Looking forward to coming back and strolling around some of the nearby shops.

My roommate and I used to share the membership here and it was such a good deal. We would go for happy hour and enjoyed the charcuterie board, and then would divide up the bottles of wine that came with the membership. It's a casual spot, and great for catching up with friends or date nights.

Love this place for a casual glass of wine and cheese board! It's located at the camp amongst different restaurants/shops down the street from south coast plaza! Service is great! Wine selection is awesome and ambiance is small but has a chill vibe! Highly recommend coming for an afterwork happy hour!

I've passed by this location and have seen the wines poured into vials which I thought was really cool, so it had been on my list to try for a few months. I went on a Thursday evening with a reservation but there was no wait either way. I ordered a flight of white wines and my partner got a flight of red wines. My flight was not very dry so I didn't enjoy it much and my partner's was not my taste either. We ordered bread which was ok. It took a long long time for the server to come at the end to give us our check which was frustrating. I wouldn't come back

I'm not out here often but when I am I love to come here. A lot of times I'll get the house choose red for that day. Never seems to disappoint. The cheese board is always a plus too. I always find a good bottle to take home as well. Great place nice ambiance and service is always good.

Really lovely place in a great setting. Major credit to them for having more than just wine to fit many tastes and especially their non alcoholic options. Very well done. Service was very good and they made a portion of the inside available for our larger party. Tasty treats and snacks available. We didn't feel rushed out as they closed and appreciated their service mindset.

I've been to wine bar maybe 6-7 times in the last 2 years. Ambiance - great, food - great, staff - great (most of the time), wine - mehhhh. I've tried a lot of their wines and they don't really do it for me unfortunately. I love to do tastings and Costa Mesa doesn't have many wine bars so this place was a novelty for awhile but I don't believe I'll be back.

This used to be my and our favorite place. I have brought so many friends with me. Usually the wine selection is varied, but tonight was a complete miss. They were out of everything and the Chardonnay they did have was practically undrinkable. Settled on a rosé because they had nothing else. Left the glass half full and we didn't even bother with food. My suggestion, as well as the three last people that came with me is that Edwin is amazing , but the other pourer behind the counter has got to go. He has zero personality and is straight forward rude and obnoxious. Very abrasive man. It's been nice in the past, but we won't be back. Too many misses lately. All the best to you, Edwin. We went next door to the Old Vine wine bar and had a lovely time.
