Very dissapointed with my order. I was excited to order the turkey cake everyone was getting this year only to pick it up and receive a mediocre piece of cake. First of all I paid $43 online it states it serves 12-16 people. I have seen pictures and videos myself of it and it looks like a decent size. So why do I go pick up the smallest piece of cake ever, I thought to myself maybe it's just smaller in person but the more I looked at it there was no way it would feed no more than 6. So I go back in and tell the girl who handed it to me my concern. Mind you when I first got there she was in the back then came out while a line of customers were waiting and proceeds to text and laugh at her texts, whatever I waited. She then points at me to I guess signal me to go over I already knew from the start she would have horrible customer service. When I went back in she keeps insisting that it's correct and that's just how they made it but next to us is a freezer of cakes with a turkey cake SIGNIFICANTLY bigger so I'm like why is that one bigger she says it isn't like we aren't looking at the same cake and keeps gas lighting me to believe my cake is the correct size. I drop it because dealing with her was only going to get me mad and I just was not in the mood to cause a scene, but honestly I need a refund and for your employees to be educated on what good customer service is. There was also an issue with online order and it letting me select pick up time for thanksgiving day when they are closed. They kept blowing up my phone to come pick it up then this lady calls me to say they are actually closing earlier as of me having to rearrange my schedule a whole day isn't already an inconvenience I now have to drop what I'm doing to come up the worlds tiniest cake. She says they're closing earlier due to the holiday and the workers wanting to go home early ???

Very weird behavior from the owner! I came in and asked for a scoop of chocolate. First of all, she didn't even use gloves when scraping the ice cream. You would think the owner of an establishment would follow normal food sanitation rules. Secondly, I tried to redeem my free scoop for my birthday. She then told me that it was only a kids scoop that was free when she gave me a regular scoop. I checked the email I received and it said a free 4 ounce scoop which is a regular scoop. Then she scanned my coupon TWICE, and tried telling me that it was already used and asked me if I had already used it. I told her no that I just got it today and that it was my birthday. Obviously it says that I already used it if she scanned it twice. I don't understand why she was making such a big deal over a scoop of ice cream. I saw on the screen that it said "-4.49" but she was still trying to tell me that it wasn't going through and that I used it already . She finally just said "it's fine" and let me have the ice cream. You would think if someone's coming in to redeem their BIRTHDAY scoop, you would have a little better customer service, especially coming from an owner. Very poor experience.

I recently visited Baskin-Robbins and had the pleasure of trying their Lemon Zest ice cream. I was not only delighted by the refreshing flavor of the ice cream but also by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly kind and attentive, making my visit even more enjoyable. Baskin-Robbins never disappoints with its wide range of delicious flavors, and this visit was no exception. I highly recommend trying the Lemon Zest flavor, and you can count on a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at this location. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Went to this Baskin Robbins and waited over 15 minutes past opening no employees ever showed up. I gave up and left. They lost our money due to employees that Do not show up to work.

Came at 9:24pm since it says it closes at 10pm and they were already closed. 2 girls hanging out inside saw us approach the door and just pointed at their watch. The sign on the door also says 10pm but apparently that's wrong or maybe they didn't want to work till 10 who knows.

This Baskin Robins has the best selection of flavors. The staff are very friendly and greats everyone when they walk in. The were very patient with us as we ordered because we had a hard time deciding what we wanted. I definitely would recommend this place for evening stop for a ice cream fix.

I don't usually come to this location but since it was on my way to where I was going, I decided to purchase a cake for my father's birthday from here. I asked for a Chocolate Chip cake. The woman found me one. I said, are you sure this is Chocolate Chip (Dad's FAVORITE), she said yes and followed by showing me the flavor on the box. Lo and behold, it was an Oreo cake. Highly disappointed as I wanted to get my father his favorite ice cream flavor. Also, I purchased two kids scoops and the woman basically gave me 2 hallow scoops. I guess this is their way of saving ice cream which is ridiculous since they're SO expensive. I worked at a Baskin Robbin as a teenager and I know there is a "weight" that the scoop needs to be, but I think they took it to another level. Lastly, I wanted to say that their cakes were SO badly decorated. All of them. Some you could see the ice cream through the icing. I will NEVER shop here again. I really hope they read this review and make some changes for the better.

Came in yesterday with family after the park around 5pm. The girl who served us was sooo rude! Never again! When she seen how big our party was he rolled her eyes to another guy worker there. We ordered 7 scoops total and by the 7th one. She legit rolled her eyes at me and was mad! I will never come here again! Ever.
