Horrible, Horrible service that is the only way I can describe our experience. My husband made Valentine's Day reservations we arrived and they wanted to sit us at the bar 'HELL' no their excuse was that online reservations were not taken or appeared because something went wrong with their online service, well to me if online doesn't work take it off and have a second plan. Lady up in front was not all there lost and going back and forth trying to figure out something what it was not sure but either way it wasn't going to work or happen 3 other employees kept coming to us and still waited on the seating nice looking place but eating there again let me put it straight as is it's so unorganized, waitresses had attitude, waitresses were going back and forth all lost we ordered drinks and they never came to us husband had to waive them down several times should of just left just didn't want to make my husband feel bad after he always tries to make me happy. This place will not be up for long if bad service continues their other excuse was that his employees called in sick and they are young well hire people that are older and want to work like I said there is always a back up plan, and this one went bad and not worth it!

This place has great food and service. The vibe is solid feels like you can stay here for hours. The manager Diana, came to our table to check in on us and made sure we were well taken care of. This is a must visit!

Decided to give this place a shot for Valentines day and had seen an option to input a reservation. Sadly, upon arrival I was informed that the reservations had not been fulfilled due to an online issue of some sort. Therefore, we were given the option to sit on the patio in which we had accepted with no issue. However, I had seen a few parties deciding to leave and decided to wait it out and give it a shot. Waited for a decent while before we weren't greeted, or helped in anyway, which resulted in us departing and seeking other options.

So me and a friend decided to go here on Valentine's Day unfortunately we did not have reservations but they were extremely accommodating also last minute we had 2 friends join us for dinner and they helped us out with extra seating . They did have consideration and let us know that they are short staffed . Although we did have a wait but it was expected and there was no problem especially when we were notified ahead of time. The drinks and food came out fast after ordering. Food was great drinks were fantastic. Our server was great she had lots of patience being that they were short staffed. We did notice that the male manager they had working was also helping out. Looks like the place is trained well by working as a team. I would also like to add the place was decorated beautifully and great music. Everytime we are here it's an awesome experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and great bands.

I had reserved a table for two for Valentine's Day and received a confirmation. Upon arriving, I was informed that their online reservation service was not working and so we had to wait as if we didn't have a reservation. While I was waiting to be seated, I noticed a lot if not most of the tables had no food on the table which struck me as odd. When we finally got seated, all the tables were extremely crowded and the couple next to us I've been waiting an extremely long time to receive their food that they actually decided to get the check and leave instead of waiting for their food. We noticed they were sharing a couple of menus Between all their tables. For example, there was only one drink menu for our table and the surrounding tables. We had to flag down one of the servers in order to finally place our order. After we ordered, the server did not remove our menus instead the only reason the drink menu was removed, was because he had to share with the other table next to us. When we finally ordered, our food came out in a little under five minutes, which made it seem like maybe the food was already being prepared ahead of time for the table next to us that had the couple that decided to leave. I requested no cheese on my salad which should have alerted our server to advise me that my main dish I had cheese also but she never told me I only found out when my food came out and it had cheese. The food was lukewarm at best. They seemed to only have a couple of servers for the entire facility. Everybody was becoming irate at how long do you have to wait for service. Our main dish came out before our salad and our drinks didn't come out until we were almost finished with our main dish. The table next to us also had to remind the server to bring out their drinks. They ended up charging four extra dollars because their portable card reader was not working. Overall, the price was definitely not worth the experience nor the food. I ended up thinking that I would have probably better off leaving like the other couple.

Never had a opportunity to eat, service was horrible!! A server sat us at a table that was very wobbly, asked for a more sturdy table and they sat us at a nice table. After ordering drinks we were told they were out of two items on the menu and after waiting twenty minutes we were told we had to move to another table at the bar that was no good, asked why and were told it's for people with reservations. We had reservations!! At that point we walked out. Terrible Valentine dinner experience!!

Service Sucked, food was alright. did a birthday party and Restaurant says we don't see Yelp reservations. I also called ahead of time received a confirmation text to confirm i'm coming. so that was embarrassing to show up with my party. you will become dehydrated you need to ask three-four times to request water, finally the server just brought pitchers for the table. The waiter was just unpleasant and had an attitude. overall ruined the birthday dinner. never coming back first and last. One last thing throw up all over in both restrooms. terrible!

Did not feel welcomed at all. What’s more upsetting is being interrupted half way through a meal to be asked to move, there was no “I apologize for the inconvenience” only “Can I move you guys to this table because I have another party of nine, to sit right here”. Restaurant was empty at the time, not to mention it was originally the owner who told us “sit where ever you guys like” no apology was said nothing! This will definitely be the first and last time we visit this place.

First visit here...last visit, as well. The drinks were actually good, but I place a lot of importance on customer service and that's what this place lacks. We sat at a table next to the bar and were ignored by a couple of servers. Went to the bar and still had to wait to be acknowledged. Moved to wait directly in front of the bartender and was finally noticed. She was finishing other drinks and asked what I wanted. Ended up repeating my order 3-4 times before my two drinks were made. I know too many places with excellent customer service to come here again.

I have been there for couple of times, a really nice environment and good services. The bar tenders and waiters are pretty friendly and considerate, I got surprised more than once from them, think about they treat you like their friends and get you a discount lol. Recommend to come when they're not in busy hours, so you can fully enjoy the foods and drinks, their wings and burgers are very yummy!
