I was looking for a place at the last minute because the plans for my non-profit group fell through. I ordered 16 lbs of tri-tip on Friday for a Sunday pickup and it was amazing! Everyone at the luncheon loved the meat! It was tender, the seasoning was great and they even supplied us with barbecue sauce. I am definitely coming back here!

Good food for a great deal while it lasts. $20 for 2 people w tax and 2 sodas. Today they had salad, pizza,chicken,potatoes and Chile Verde. Totally worth it.Parking: Tons of TV and a bar too.

Great food. Pizza or BBQ. You can't go wrong. Daily specials. So many options. Good sports games. William, the waiter/cashier, gives the best service. I keep coming back. Great, cool place to also have a beer and watch the game. Dodger specials when the game is on. Definitely recommend this place. You should try it!

Loved the pork rids and pizza. Yes would come back for to try the beef ribs. Had the manager come over, we give him positive comments and the atmosphere was simple and relaxed. A good birthday dinner for me with family (10).

Man I love buckboard bbq! Best tri tip sandwich ever! Also they have really good tri tip fires! We always go here for there lunch express options as well. Can't forget the owner Cameron is a really cool guy! I highly recommend this place for some good bbq!
I was craving for beef ribs bbq and end up at the buckboard bbq/pizza chalet nearby my place. I ordered the 2 meat plate plus 2 sides for $24.95. I got 1 beef rib plus the tri tip recommended by cashier. The rib was ok. The bbq sauce tasted good. However, the tri tip was a bit chewy. The sides that came with it was so bad. I got the Mac and cheese and a side of beans. The Mac and cheese taste like a cardboard. It looks dry and tasted old. The pinquito beans tasted as old as the Mac and cheese. It also came with a small piece of bread. They don't bring you the food to your table by the way. You have to pick it up at the pick up window they have. And be very careful when picking up because the plate is very hot and they won't help you. I will not come back for their sides or the tri tip but probably would try their lunch special on their sandwiches and/or pizza.

If Dennys had bbq this is what you would get! Skinny beef ribs, overly dried tri-tip, pork ribs are ok... sides are small enough for a child. Definitely don't come here if you ever been to Texas or Tennessee!!

Thank you to Diane and the team at Buckboard BBQ for helping cater a last minute BBQ. With a week's notice and unexpected 30 guests to feed I called Buckboard BBQ. I was told Diane was out catering another event for 700 people, but she texted me late that evening to say she had received my message and would call me on Sunday. She arranged everything and even go ahold of 30 hamburger patties (which they don't sell) to add to the order. The full racks of ribs we made to perfection and my guests loved the BBQ chicken, potato salad, and baked beans! When I went to serve myself a plate of macaroni and cheese it was GONE. everyone loved the meal. Plus it was reasonably priced. Thank you for everything. We will be ordering again!!!

It wasn't worth the price! The pulled pork was dry. And the beans were ok. Don't get the potato salad it was horrible!! Tasted like it was bad! And the ranch dressing is watered down. They should stick to just pizza the pizza looked good tho.
