I come to this location almost every day for 3 years. Love Daren(one of the managers) usually worked when I would be on lunch. I would order the same order for a while now with the same Orderof 1 double cheese burger with only cheese and onions. And as of this last month I have been receiving the wrong Order. First time was the double but with everything on it (my receipt said otherwise) I brushed it off didn’t mind because it was a one time occurrence. I come back next day order the same thing but was given the same order but with time with only one patty. I had to ask them this time that it was a double and only cheese and onion like my receipt says. The cashier tells the cook and I heard f bombs and cussing in the background because of my order. The cashier hands me the right order but very rudely. I didn’t go back the following couple days because I frankly felt disrespected for asking for my order very politely. Today at 11:10am I go to the drive through and just asked for a double cheeseburger regular. I didn’t want to hassle them too much, just wanted a burger and be on my way. But when I arrived to the front, the Fe mail cook is at the register looking at me Ridley and say “i knew it” and hands the bag to the cashier with a rist tattoo, who doesn’t say anything to me just takes my card, hands me my bag, I say “thank you” and she just continues to look at me with no expression. No word whatsoever. I never make complaints about any place but this was just straight rude to the customer for no reason at all. Wish this store the best but they lost a loyal customer today.

Went tonight with my kids and husband to order was using my burger King app the night Manager denied to see code and refused to take our order and service and Threaten to call the cops.. we just wanted to use the app to add to our order and refused to even look at what the code was my kids were crying I feel like she was races she was rude

Came here twice! I wanted an egg norm burrito, and this lady still gave me another type. It's not even busy enough for her to get it wrong. I even asked twice this second time.

Came thru the drive thru on Oct. 21st around 8pm. First problem was the BK employee taking his break right behind where the drive up order box was, and he was smoking. The smell of his disgusting cigarettes filled our car! The guy stationed at the drive thru window was rude and no personality. We were not welcomed whatsoever, all he could say in a sullen tone was "anything else". He didn't even tell us the total, never said pull forward...nothing! This guy needs to learn customer service and how to talk with people. After getting our food and driving away, I see my burger has no pickles when I asked for extra pickles. Not a good experience.

Service was very slow. The cashier took a long time to take my order. Didn't apologize for the long wait. The whopper was okay and so were the onion rings.

Don't bother ordering your burger "your way" because they are going to give it to you their way, and they're going to leave off the fries and drink. I don't know if it's a language barrier or they just don't care.

The staff Sonia didn't comply with the coupon I had, let someone else skip my line, and wanted me to pay a wrong price. I asked her what is the price for a small drink alne. She refused to answer and left me there.

OKAY BUT SERIOUSLY... today was the best BKExperience I've ever had.Burger was hot and fresh.. had that charbroiled flavor y'all remember. Bread was soft. OMG! Soooo good! Fries were HOT and Fresh and even the soda was bubbly AF!!
