Don't go to the Carl's Jr across from Home DepotThe cashier's don't realize when they charge someone's card that happened too she then said it's Declined. For starters the tap feature didn't work then she asked me too insert it then she said no chip you need too slide I said it has a chip she said try sliding. Then it said balance owed is $1.80 then she said Declined Again you only have $1.80 in your balance I said what you can't see my balance. Then I get notification from my bank saying your card was used purchase at Carl's Jr and showed Negative $6.00+ for Fish sandwich purchase I said you charged me already she kept saying no I didn't. Tell her to call manager and they both kept saying same thing

Ordered a burger off the app had requested no mayo when I got my order it said no mayo first mite I can taste it open up the burger and can see where they had added it and swiped it off instead if making a new burger

Drive thru orderNo straw one ranch my sausage n egg cheese biscuit was disgusting not exaggerating I can’t get that nasty taste out of my mouth sausage was stale both of them so upset to get home can’t enjoy my meal and had to drive back down to fix my order. Manager was the one at the window doing drive thru and still couldn’t get it right make sure to give everything that is needed.

Worse Carl's Jr in SoCal.... I've been to plenty in SoCal and this one, I've always came away feeling like I had a terrible experience. Either the food is bad, or the customer service is terrible. Today, I went through drive thru and wanted a western cheeseburger. I order one and when I got to the window, I see a buy 2 for $8 (I paid $8 for one by itself)... now , yes it's my stupidity that didn't see the sign, but it was posted at the window... why not post it at the order kiosk? The lady that took my order never mentioned that perhaps they have this deal that I can take advantage of. When I asked her at the window, Annallely just shrugged and said can't do anything about it now.... Well, I just left with a bad taste in my mouth and this was even before I took a bite of the burger. I guess burger was ok, but don't like to feel I paid for something full price when there was a discount available. Yeah, I could have read the sign, but it would have made me feel better if they just said something and I might be a return customer.... Now I'll always have the feeling that if I order something there I might not be getting the best price. Does anyone like that feeling? Not me lol.
