The service is fast and friendly. It's the first time in my life that I've had Cold Stone ice cream that wasn't melted (soupy). I was very excited about that.

I went for ice cream after a nice time for early dinner and cashier/ice cream was nice working by herself. Ordered Love It size with chocolate with hot fudge sauce as free topping which didn't tasted much of but was good but It is overpriced I think. They were out of Reese's and don't accept mobile payments of any kind.

Came in for a pick up and was ignored the whole five minutes we were there, girl in the red hair helped a door dasher that came after us before even acknowledging us. Girl in the red hair was rude giving me my order and when I finally got her attention. Avoid that rat

Cold Stones always tastes great and is always bougie (you get what you pay for)!There is an option to customize or choose pre-made flavors and toppings.This location is right next to AMC theatres and we stopped by to cool off here before watching a movie!Chose the Caramel apple pie pre-made flavor and it was delicious!!The employees were nice and helpful. But I gave 4 stars because all the tables outside are poorly taken care of and in bad shape. We sat down at the first and it was so shaky and unstable. So we switched to the other one and it was just as shaky. You could tell no effort was put into preserving the seating area outside.

PLEASE correct your business info. We drove from out of the area to get ice cream on a Friday. This site and their website says they close @ 11pm but they actually closed @ 10pm. We saw the employees inside cleaning up and they wouldn't even make eye contact with us to explain. Waste of my time, gas and effort! BOOOO!!

Went in for a little treat and was a little disappointed the ice cream was kinda melted. Tasty but melted. We got the fudge brownie batter,and birthday cake batter ice cream sundae both were pretty tasty but melty.The location was clean and the staff was friendly and professional.
Who doesn't love delicious ice cream creations?! With lots of great options to choose from you really can't go wrong. There is definitely something for everyone ranging from ice cream, shakes, cakes, ice cream sandwiches, etc. The combination and options seem endless, which makes trying new items always a delight. This shop definitely delivers quality customer service. Maybe I just came in on a great day, but the staff worked together to get orders out quick so the line moved quickly. I love that this shop is conveniently next to AMC and near Sky Zone, Lowe's, JoAnn's, Aldi's, and Walmart. Will definitely be back.

I was sad website and everything on internet says open till 11 and the close at 10 I got here at 10:02 and they would not let me in. They were not crowded one person In line and no one besides me was around. But oh well they close at at 10 and they mean it... so we went elsewhere for ice-cream

We paid $12.74 for 1 love it! Something doesn't add up. She said cause it was a signature. We had a buy one get one free coupon too so i guess I'll let it pass but it felt like too much.

Cold stone's my go to ice cream/shake store. There is some seating inside and some outside. The location is great. Service is top notch especially from server, Danny. My oh my, he went above and beyond to all his customers. Very attentive and helpful. Cozy ambiance.
