I'll start with this store has terrible service. I ordered through the website at 11pm the store closes at midnight. The store excepted my order and it never got made. I called at 11:30 and the phone just rang and rang. I called again at 12:00 and got the automated message that the store is closed. I order from other domino's a lot with no issues.

This goes for All Domino's Pizza is tasteless. I've tried it many times and literally throw left overs. It's a worth your time to order from other pizza outlets. Couple of more dollars way worth it

Today we order from this location and discovered a few insects on our chicken wings. We called the location to complain and the only thing they can say is that it's burnt bread from the pizzas they cook on the screens. I never knew bread had legs
Service and food are really bad. I believe this place has other dominos in the area that are just as bad. I recommend papa pizza pie. You'll save money for better quality pizza

They charge approximately 6.50 for 3 block delivery. Then you need to tip. What is delivery fee for if not for them to deliver the pizza? So ridiculous. My kids like the pizza. I think its nit great. I agree with others that their workers are not the nicest. They really need to do away with delivery fees. So many other choices out there. Go elsewhere. I'd never do delivery from here if I were feeling well.

The pizza was cold, no extra cheese and it looked like it was sitting around somewhere. My tomatoe bacon chicken wasn't even a full order, also I placed two different orders at the same time online and the first order was perfect, but the second order was garbage!! How does that work???

I've called about a one time use for a free medium two topping pizza coupon that i wanted to redeem and i was on the phone for 10 minutes constantly being switched over to a different person and before i was switched the phone rang as if i had just called and it took me back to the main menu. i double checked the coupon to ensure the date and the requirements and there was nothing wrong with it. I truly enjoy the pizza however the service isn't so great at least over the phone. i always order through the app or online, the one time i try to order through the phone or even ask for help they don't help me. please do better with the coupons it shouldn't be this difficult to redeem it.

If I could give zero stars for the Supervisor Edgar, I would. I got a pizza for my kids and found a piece of plastic tab inside when I had a slice - I bit into it. When I called and asked for a mgr., they gave me someguy named Edgar's number. He at first tried to deflect and say they don't have glass in the store (I wasn't sure as it looked like glass initially). When I said it may be plastic - he first said they would come pick it up right away to which I said no, he then said they would need to do their own "testing". He then tried to say it was a reward pizza - as if all the money I spend to get those rewards is now pointless but when you want to get repeat customers it is valuable marketing? I left Fred a message almost a week ago - he did not respond until I texted him. Then the petty nature came through clear. Go to another pizza place!
