The last two times picking up my order in the drive through could of been better, food was great but the attendant at window just hands you your order and says here. maybe might be nice to say hello here is your order and thank you l. What happened to taking pride in your work ?

I was excited to go get me a Wrap its was nothing like the classic wrap it came with a cold tortilla, gross!! And two pickle slices horrible. I DONT RECOMMEND. THE SLAW WRAP WAS AWFUL COLD SLAW WITH COLD TORTILLA AND COLD CHICKEN . NO THANKS. IM LEAVING A PICTURE JUDGE FOR YOURSELF.

Supposed to be open at 10:00 my family and I have been waiting to see if they'd unlock the door but nope, there's even a few employees in there in the back but no one has peeked out the door to tell us anything, just letting us walk around trying to figure out if it's open or not, then I tried calling the number but even the number was not working it was like they were immediately hanging up, so even though it says open online and everything it was not and nor were the employees picking up the phone. No good service here obviously.

I'm standing outside of this place today at 10:30 when it should have opened at 10 am. Locked up and no one is responding. I can see why it has such bad reviews. I don't recommend this location. I guess they open when they want too.

Why would doors to enter dining room be locked at 6 p.m.? Lights are on, employees are inside and there are some customers dining inside! Employees are telling everybody that tries to go inside that they have to use the drive thru! What's really going on here?

I did an online order and it said it was ready and I left when I got the message and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my "rapid" pick up.
Ordered a delivery order at 5:38pm, in a Sunday October 8th 2023, I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and one chicken nugget meal, only got the meal and ONE of my sandwiches, missing the other 3, I guess my family aren’t going to eat today :(
