I placed a pick up order through a third party who advertised their service as the preferred method of booking for this business. When I picked up my order, they didn't have my order because they no longer do business with that third party. The owner came out and explained the situation and but agreed to honor my order. I've always had good customer service at this location. FYI: the vanilla ice cream is my families favorite!

Terrible higiene! The man preparing the food clearly had no regard for hygiene. He was out back working with boxes and served my food without washing his hands. I told him to wash his hands please, and he made a bad face telling me he wasn't going to touch my food as he uses prongs. The service wasn't the best, and the fruit was outrageously overpriced for the quality on offer. I won't be returning. For a $15 food bowl, you can get way... better fresh fruit else where.

Gross. Deserves no star. I hope the manager reads this. On 7-31-23 @ around 5 something I went with my family and saw a female worker with a red shirt filling the yellow bottles, like the ones used for mustard, with liquid butter. As she poured from the big bottle to the yellow one she over poured some on her hand that was holding the yellow bottle. To begin with she didn't use gloves, then she wiped her hand on the mouth of the bottle to put the butter that was on her hand back in the bottle. Then she proceeded to use that bottle to put butter on a customer's esquite.It was the shorter of the two ladies working. There was a man in a black shirt too. You can review the cameras' video since you guys have cameras in there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I recently came here because I was in the area and was craving ice cream. I came here and I was attended by this girl super sweet I will say and she gave me my order correctly and it was good. But the man with glasses wearing black was very RUDEEEE! While my fresas con crema were being made I could hear the girl and lady bickering about the measurements of my order. I had ordered 5 items: fresas con crema, tostilocos, mangoñada, a small ice cream cup, and a ice cream in a waffle cone with chocolate. But the man withy he glasses charged me 6 items! The math isn't mathing. After asking why I was being charged 6 items he had told me, "the chocolate covered cone is being charged separately with the ice cream! It doesn't t make sense. Another employee told the man charging me that he shouldn't charge me 6 items that when imputed in the system it would be charged as 5 items. But he told her to shut up and go do what she was doing! NEVER GOING BACK!
Lady had bad customer service. Food was not great, overpriced. I would not recommend this location.

The service was ok. We got two Esquite's; one with easy chili but it seemed like they didn't put any at all. I had to steal some from the other. I also got a Agua de Sandia and it was gross, it tasted like old watermelon and watered down. To make it worse, my last sip, there was plastic and thankfully I caught it before I swallowed or else I think I would have choked on it. Probably won't come back.

Please go to any other La Michoacána location. This location is horrible! I walked in and could hear a very private NFW discussion. So I rang the bell to make them aware that other people could hear them. It took 10 minutes for someone to walk out. I should of left there and then but I wanted to support a latino business. My mistake! My daughter ordered a frozen banana, she said the chocolate looked old and the banana tasted strange. I asked for a one and they did let her pick it. The new one was better. I ordered a couple bacon hot dogs for my son to go. It took almost an hour to get them, my son said they tasted possibly spoiled. All the other locations have the best quality except for this one. I will never step foot in this location every again!
