I feel like the food isn't that visually appealing (ngl I thought it looked ugly when I opened the box lmao), but DAMN does it taste good ? I got the Atlantic on sourdough and the raspberry shortcake smoothie. I'm no food connoisseur so I don't really know how to describe the taste other than that it was savory in the most satisfying way, and the drink was really delicious as well.I recommend calling ahead to make sure your order is ready for pickup though, because the only downside to my experience was that I placed my order online (through Grubhub) and even though I got a text notification that my order was ready, when I got there they didn't have anything prepared and said they hadn't gotten my order. But then they double-checked and found that it was in their system, they just hadn't seen it... That was kinda upsetting, but on the bright side, they made my order on the spot pretty quickly, and the food was absolutely delicious, so I can't complain.I would go here more often if not for the fact that everything seems pretty pricey—$13 for a bagel sandwich, no matter how delicious it is, is kinda pushing it imo. Like $8-10 is reasonable, $13 is just overkill. Same for the drinks—it was great, but I can't in good conscience pay $8 for a smoothie on the regular. I also take satiety into account when I consider the price, because if I'm going to pay $8 for a smoothie, I might as well go to Juice N Bowls in West Covina (highly recommend, btw) and get a smoothie jam-packed with ingredients that will keep me full way longer for the same price. All the drinks here are probably good, but you get a fruity sugar rush and that's about it ? It's a shame because if the prices were a bit lower, I'd definitely become a regular. Also, there was no one inside when I arrived at 9:30 on a Friday morning, but the ambiance is very cozy/comfy, nice vibes ❤️

Got the NYC bagel! Delicious! I'd skip on the espresso, a bit on the light side, almost tasted like just a drip coffee.

Second time coming to this place. When I was in line, I heard other customers complaining about the higher prices. I ordered veggie deluxe, large coffee, and aloha juice..$25 okay the bagel was good, and well, prices are going up right. So I skipped dinner last night and was still hungry for something sweet, so I ordered a raisen bagel with cream cheese and asked for a coffee refill since I ate here. The employee said we don't have refills. So this bagel I just ordered was going to put me at about $29-$30 for just me, and how much does coffee refill (no cup) cost? Needless to say, I canceled my second order.

Came in today because my sister recommended it to me. I got the sun-dried tomato bagel with regular cream cheese, and it was delicious. I wish I lived closer so I can get this every day! I also got their aloha fresh juice and it's so good. They didn't have any already made in their fridge, but the owner overheard me asking for it and made it right there on the spot. 10/10 bagel, juice, and customer serviceThey have so many different options, I can't wait to try them all (:

Came here on the weekend cause I wanted to try something new in town. Breakfast rush was pretty crazy and I felt bad for the guy because it was only him. Yes, the food is microwaved, but the bagel itself is toasted and sandwich was still hot and good. If you're here expecting gourmet, this aint it. But for what it is, it's still pretty good. They have plenty of booth seating if you want to eat your food there, but it seems like most people took their food to-go anyway. The guy working was really nice and was even apologetic about the wait time (no problem, it's a sunday). Overall a nice experience if you're not in a rush and have the patience to wait. Will be coming back again when I'm in the area and get a bagel craving :))

I am a bagel boss and can tell you with 100% certainty that these are made at the Clear Water Bagel place in Walnut. They are unlike any bagels in the San Gabriel Valley, and that the inside is super fluffy and liquefies quickly in your mouth when you start to eat it. Not nearly as dense as a New York bagel. They are good, just different. The good news! They are almost half the price that they charge at Clear Water!!Needs a new soda machine.

It is my first time at The Bagelry Covina. It is located in a small plaza, next to Mauricios Mexican Food. The place is very neat. They have multiple indoor seating,if you are planning to eat there. They offer 31 types of bagels and something called "Build your own Bagel". They give you a checklist which includes 5 steps. Step 1: pick your meatStep 2: pick your veggiesStep 3 : add more stuffStep 4 pick your bagel Step 5: toasted? They have several options for each category to choose from.In addition to their fixed menu.I chose the following;- Ultimate Breakfast:Scrambled eggs, 2 sausage patties, bacon, ham & cheese $10.75It is from their fixed menu and they serve it all the day,not only during breakfast time.- half a dozen of different varieties of bagels for $11- Cream cheese. $3 The ultimate breakfast was perfect! I felt the explosion of all these flavorful goodness in my mouth at the same time. The rest of the varieties of bagels that I picked, were very fresh and had the right texture.Their cream cheese was very rich and complemented the bagel. I am glad that I find this place. For sure I will be back soon. It's a nice local place with a great service.

Came on a Friday at 9:30am, and they were almost out of all the bagels in stock. We were told that whatever was on display was all they had left for the day because they get the bagels delivered from another location. Rush hour is usually from opening to around 9am on friday, Saturday, and Sunday. These are usually the days where they run out of bagels early, so if you plan on buying some to go, you should come early in the morning. We ordered the Atlantic, the egg, cheese, and turkey bagel, half a dozen of gourmet bagels (jalapeño cheese and sun dried tomato), 8oz jalapeño cream cheese and a Vietnamese coffee. The breakfast bagels were warm, yummy, and filling. The bagels’ dough is chewy and fresh. The girls behind the counter were also helpful in answering all the questions I had. Overall, good service and good food.

As a bagel fan for so many years, I am truly happy "The Bagelry Covina" is in my neighborhood. I am a hardcore bagel fan and sometimes I need a "bagel fix" to function. I don't have the same addiction fix or excitement when I buy bagels at the local food-chain stores. To me, their bagels look kind of sad, tired and lonely sitting there in a bin, competing with the other nearby baked goods like bread, cookies, cakes and pies. I can still remember ditching school to eat bagels at a place called the "Brooklyn Bagel Bakery" near downtown LA when I was student at Belmont High School. Don't tell my parents! I remember the aroma of the bagels greeted you like a kind friend, and the server wore a white baker's hat and smock. The Bagelry Covina keeps reminding me of my addiction with bagels and I get giddy visiting this place. On my recent early morning visit here, I was served by the owner, and I was impressed with his dedication and love for his business. My favorite bagel fix here is the "The Atlantic" which is a bagel with lox or salmon with all the usual fixings including the ubiquitous capers. It is fairly quite large, and I don't remember ever finishing the whole thing in one sitting. I usually eat one half in the morning and save the other half for lunch. My other favorite Bagelry menu items are the Cinnamon bagel, Croissant, and Cafe Latte. The whipped sour cream that comes with your bagel order is always fresh and delicious. There is free parking available.
