We LOVE El Tacontento! Heading there for dinner again tonight! I love the Carne Asada tacos and my hubby loves the carnitas burrito. Tuesday night in Crestline means dinner at El Tacontento. Antonio is great!
Stopped by their truck when it was Running Springs and we’re stoked we did. There aren’t many street taco options on the west side of the mountain but this place hit the spot.We had the burrito and torta, both carne asada, both were delicious.We’d definitely come here again. Just hope they have aguas frescas next time!

If you’re looking for some GOOD Mexican food, then this is the spot!I promise you, don’t waste your time with these Mexican restaurants up here, not only are they overpriced, but they’re old and for the most part they’re all ran the same way, so of course the food tastes the same… BLAND!I hope this places doesn’t change the way they do things to acquire to certain people because the food is bomb and worth trying.
