Lovely afternoon. The Culver City car show was an extra added bonus. Glad the parking lot was open. Drinks were delicious. Recommend the spring equinox. Coffee could have been n better, the espresso machine was broken.

My wife and I had a romantic dining experience at Akasha. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. The hostess, waiter and servers wee very accommodating. We both had the hanger steak cooked medium rare. It was tender and delicious. The beet and arugula salad and blueberry cobbler dessert were good too. Akasha is a go to restaurant for special occasions for us.

Second time at Akasha and even better! Service was great. Oz the manager is terrific and goes out of his way to make sure your dining experience is perfect. Highly recommend the wings, the rigatoni with vodka sauce, the Peri Peri chicken and just about everything on the menu. Can't wait to go back

A small but very interesting menu, and while I didn't have any this time, the cocktail menu is also tremendous. From the simple tagliatelli to the eggless Caesar salad to the really excellent tandoori wings, everything was very good. And dessert of key lime pie was amazing. A bit pricey for what it all was, would be my only complaint.

great sunday brunch with easter specials. Every dish was great . service was great. potato latkes are phenomenal. you can make anything with them. The lox platter used them instead of bagels and it was memorable. Menu has lots of offerings to suit most all tastes and so much of it sounds good.

Food is good and the menu has everything you can get. The rating is for the slow service. They’re very slow. I’ve been in and sat down (by the host) for 15 minutes without anyone coming by with anything and helping my party. After waiting, I actually got up and left because I’m really not trying to wait forever for anyone to even bring me the menu or water. For the price you’re paying, that service isn’t on par. But if you have time and don’t mind waiting, the spot is cute and has a nice ambiance with an extensive food & drinks menu. They also do Dine LA.

Have been coming here since it opened over 15 years ago, and it's even better now. I had the hangar steak which melts in your mouth, and the veggies were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The wait staff was knowledgeable and so accommodating. Still a happy patron after all these years.

Akasha is a long standing restaurant on Washington Boulevard in downtown LA. It has style, excellent food that is clearly been taste tested, a well curated list of wines and attentive, weight staff. For a comfortable meal with one or more guests, Akasha is a restaurant I can count on. We're lucky to have it in the area.

We are a fan of this restaurant and vibe. This time we were very disappointed having a $46 skirt steak dinner served with 3 fingerling potatoes. To get more, I was going to be charged. The manager explained why and said he would take it off the bill and personally delivered a generous serving. It was made right.

Akasha was delightful!! It didn't look like much as you enter but walk through the bar and you've stepped into an open dining space with tables close enough to feel in community but private enough to chat! The food was delicious... we had the avo/beet salad and Caccio e Pepe along with the avo toast appetizer and the blueberry cobbler for dessert. Sitting to note, their happy hour is well worth showing up early for... we did dirty martinis for $10!! The service was on point- Kenny was a gracious host who made us feel cared for! Recommend highly and will be back!

The food was good although my salmon was very under in the middle. I couldn't tell the waitress because she never came to check on us. The bussing staff was lovely otherwise I'd give service a 1 star because of the waitress.

Wow! Where do I begin? Besides the food being outstanding, service is second to none. Water glasses never empty. Empty plates don't linger on the table. The server, Kenny, was great offering up suggestions based on dietary needs, as well as his favorites on the menu. We had a variety of dishes to share including, the Tangine Chicken, Seafood curry, chicken wings and the incredible cauliflower and brussels sprouts small plates. Can't wait to go back!

We sat in the patio so the noise level was zero. I think it's much more inside. The food is wonderful and the servers could not be more accommodating and nice. They care about their customers.
