I finally came here on Wednesday this week and I am hooked. Been back 3 times this week already. The cumin soup first and second time having was smooth and clear enough to enjoy the entire thing. However I will say the people working Saturday afternoon shifts made the soup this time around way too oily, couldn’t even enjoy the soup. I think the staff should know the standard in quality and have a consistency throughout -otherwise it’ll be hit or miss just with the consistency of the soup. Or maybe be specific in terms of telling them less spice oilThe noodles are however cooked and pulled to perfection.

I had the Szechuan Garlic as a soup with beef, and it was the perfect heat. The noodle texture was insane, and I couldn’t stop eating them! They were hand stretching them next to me while I ordered, which made the experience even cooler. My wife got the sesame minced pork (sans broth), and I think it might have been even better than mine. Cucumber salad was great too. Would happily recommend this to anyone. Its google score is criminally low for the quality. Hope this helps someone make the right choice.

I expected more before trying this place the first time. While the idea of the handmade pulled wide noodles is cool, and they could be excellent in the right dish, one dish we ordered (Noodles Minced Pork) was too greasy, and the other dish (Szechuan Garlic Noodles) WAY too spicy to enjoy even with the sauce backed off to half. So overall, kinda disappointed with the food, but may try other items.

On the expensive side for a smaller portion (>$20 for noodles with lamb). While it was good, it wasn’t the same as places like Xi’an Famous Foods or Very Fresh Noodles in New York

For Culver City it will be a decent American Chinese flavor food spot.If you are leaning more towards Asian flavor profile, I will say the noodles here will not be that.

I was so excited to try this place when I saw it on tik tok. My husband and I got the Szechuan bowl with beef. I am so glad we only got one bowl... neither of us could finish it. We felt bad that we had to throw it away. There was a very bitter taste to it and couldn't taste any other flavors. The noodles were also a little tough. For a place with a long line, minimal indoor seating, and poor tasting food, I would never try it again. I would go back inside the food hall and try other places.

got: sichuan dry noodle so excited to finally try these and they're so good i loved the texture of the noodles but they were TOO spicy for me and i also didn't like having sm celery in it so i'd recommend getting it with no celery

Had the cumin noods with lamb. Meat was amazing, the noods are hand pulled right in front of you. Would love to try the other flavors!

Nah. This ain't it. Didn't appreciate the sneaky menu trick - the high cost of noodles which everyone knows is a "poor man's dish" should have INCLUDED the protein. But alas it did not. I think I made a mistake by getting the noodles with broth. This place is a noodle spot NOT a soup place. As in their broth was greasy and lacked depth/flavor. I'd try it again to just get the noodles but at this price I think it's a pass.

These noodles were thick! The texture was al dente chewy and the sauce stuck nicely. I loved the cilantro! Cucumbers were a nice veggie to have as a zesty cool side. The hall has a spot that opens before noon, but most places, including this one, open at around noon. Came with the office. There were about 8 of us and we smooshed into the booth near the door. The hall is bustling but it's not so loud that you can't talk. I'd come back. I love a good noodle.

Great customer service. Two team members took their time to answer all my questions. Explain the dishes & address my concerns regarding the spice level. EVERYTHING is delicious depending on your spice preference. Needless to say it’s super fresh. & the vibes in this building are immaculate.

I'd been reading about Bang Bang Noodles on different food blogs and when we found ourselves down in Culver City, I knew exactly what I wanted ... and OMG this place was amazing. Hand pulled noodles, spicy Szechuan peppers - an explosion of flavors like I haven't had in a long long time. We both got the Szechuan garlic noodles which were next level delicious. They offered us protein / but these were good without the meat. Something about the peppers - they kind of numb your tongue a little bit and it's so damn good. On the side we got some cold chili cucumbers which were also great and some dumplings. Honestly, I dreamed about these noodles and wish I lived a little closer. Can't wait to go back and have these noodles again!

I got the Szechuan chili dry noodle with mushrooms ($16 noodle + $1 something mushroom add-on), cold cucumber side ($6), and a bottled peach oolong tea (4.50). I had really high expectations sadly. The noodles are super fresh, which is why I've wanted to come here for so long. Maybe it was just the flavor I got, but I didn't really enjoy the minor bitter flavor in each bite. I also love a long continuous noodle, but even with the chopsticks.. idk--maybe they were just a bit on the thicker side? I would love to try another flavor next time, but it's pretty pricey. Three of those items came out to $30.
