Terrible. The guy who was making my pizza was handling pepperoni, then he went to make my pizza and didn't change his gloves before grabbing the cheese and spreading it on my crust. I didn't want to be a jerk about it, so I didn't say anything. Then the lady next to him was making another pizza. She grabbed a hardboiled egg and a heap of egg juice dripped over my pizza. Disgusting, unsanitary and possibly dangerous for people with allergies. Never again.

I have been to couple of Blaze Pizza and most have been very clean and in order, but this location is very dirty and food preparation area food crumbs all over it and all over floor, the glass separating customer from the food prep area very dirty. Food crumbs all over the floor, workers standing around chatting instead of cleaning and keep the facility clean. The energy of the employees are off and they hardly pay attention to customers request. Disappointment.

The service was so slow when I went on a dead Sunday night. It was also very dirty and overall gross--they had toppings everywhere, they kept the sauce spoon they used to spread on my pizza on a shelf by the floor (not even on anything, just straight on the shelf), and the guy in charge of firing the pizzas was on his phone every five seconds and then touching my pizza after touching his dirty phone. To make matters worse, my pizza was undercooked and soggy after a five minute drive home to eat it. I will absolutely not be going to this location ever again, and it'll be a long time before I feel inclined to eat Blaze after this.

My online order was messed up, I was soo angry but Manager Melanie was able deescalate the situation and make it right.She explained that they hired a lot new people and they are in process of improving their standards.Hopefully soon this spot will be shining

Ate at a Blaze Pizza downtown near USC last week and it was delicious! Wanted to have that same experience at this location (Culver City) but no. The kid that made my pizza must have been having a bad day because he slopped it on instead of spreading it out evenly. And when I asked him to spread it out he gave me attitude. Don't understand how the same pizza could taste so different at different locations. The sauce was bland and the whole experience was so disappointing. Bad attitude and bland tasteless sauce. Won't be back.

Not sure what's happening to this place but there has been a huge decline. It appears staffing is low. Morale is low. Missing ingredients and it is really dirty. The best part of the drinks were their original drinks but those are completely missing now. When my pizza was done I usually ask for arugula but the person picked it up and it was all wilted. I stopped her because she was still going to put it in my pizza. I asked her what happened to the quality of everything and she just sort of sighed and said they had a very long day. I really hope they can turn things around. 4 years ago I noticed I gave the place 2 stars. Now I know why. The staff is really nice but they seem tired and over worked.

If i could give them less than 1 star i would. They were busy and the lady manager was going around rolling her eyes at the staff and being rude. Not once did she get on the line and offer to help. When you treat your staff that way the service trickles down.The person in line behind me ask to see the manger and she was told “we have an inspection soon so she can’t come help”. With this service inspection won’t matter because customers won’t come back.

They were super busy, but more focused on their conversations with each other than trying to engage with the customers and get the best order. But overall was delicious ? I ordered through the app, but the initial promotion code didn't work, which felt like a letdown. There was a mandatory 15% tip on both the app and online orders, non-negotiable. When I went for pickup after 25 minutes, the pizza wasn't ready, and the cashier was quite rude, mentioning they only received the order 10 minutes ago. Terrible place, terrible staff.
