We stopped here, while shopping at the mall for a quick bite. I'm a big fan of Philly cheesesteak so I couldn't resist. I grabbed a sandwich and some fries from Charley's. The employees are very nice and very attentive and I got my food fairly fast. I am a fan of cheesesteak sandwiches, and unfortunately their sandwiches didn't hit the spot. The bread was soggy and there was barely any meat in my sandwich and the side of fries was about 10 fry total I expect more for what I paid, but I understand inflation. I wish they would add more product even if they increase the price

This is the worst place to go for good service. I was just there today, place my order, and then three other people place the order after me as I see each person walk up as the number called to get their order I'm still wondering why I can't get my order so I was told that I have to wait for the fries to be cooked when they just cook some and drop them into the order. They had a lower number than I did when ask why it was because the last order was a larger order and they wanted to take care of that order first. There was a total of six people working there standing around talking over your food loud and I know there to be spitting on the food so that was very unsanitary and unsafe but as you see, they didn't care I would not go back to this place again.

I came with someone else to buy a drink and some chips but I was honestly surprised by the very rude attitude of the cashier who served us. We did the satisfaction survey for which they gave us a drink and he did not want to give us the drink and continued with his rude attitude. Ask us about the manager and it turns out that the cashier is the manager too. He considered that it is not the attitude that a manager should have with clients. By the way, this person's name is Fernando.

Went to my local mall. Fast service. Okay food. Standard food court seating. Would recommend
Lettuce? And Pickles?! And Tomatoes?!? If I wanted those topping on a sandwich I would have ordered from Fatburger!!!In all fairness, once I got rid of the offending vegetables, I was left with a pretty decent sandwich.

Tough meat, just not good! I had a small fry which the place U DER the sandwich in the ToGo box....the we're ok considering they only gave me about 12 fries for $3.00. They gave me a lot of ketchup packets, I used most for my small sandwich. I should've gone to Shake Shack!

Please do not go to this restaurant because they simply don't value food safety or their customers at all. I am single father and I went there last night with my two children and I would also like to mention that I am diabetic. I placed a simple order of a vegetarian sandwich, kids meals, and a philly cheese steak. After I placed the order I told the cooks just to make sure they understood the order. They were very dismissive but assured it was correct. I notice that they were NOT WEARING GLOVES OR PROPER HAIR COVERINGS. I noticed one cook scratching his long hair and his bear and then continuing to touch the food. This is a HEALTH CODE violation. After I received my order no surprise it was completely wrong. They were unwilling to make me a new meal which is all I wanted. I told them and they proceeded to argue with me rather than apologizing. I went to the cashier who also didn't apologize and she told her employees that you got the order wrong. She said she would refund the order but she choose to nickel and dime me and not refund the drinks. Despite me telling her that I am diabetic and I am getting very low and I am a solor parent. Then the employee starting arguing me and telling me that he didn't appreciate the "little" comments I was making. My little comment being that I told the cooks to ensure our order was right and it came out wrong. I remained very calm and polite and the employee went on and on. To the point that the cashier had to tell him to stop. They simply don't care about food quality, safety, or customers at all. Please do not patron this restaurant. There are a lot of options at the food court and go where you are valued as a client, and you know you will be handled safely and accurately.
