I hardly ever do negative reviews but I’ve come here 3 times and have yet to have a positive experience. Won’t be coming back to this location, unfortunately.If you’re coming in before 11, even though they open at 10- don’t expect them to be ready to serve food. I came in at 10:30 and walked out with nothing because they had no cold items available for at least another half hour (lettuce, salsa, corn, cheese, etc). I would have been charged the same price for just a burrito with meat, rice, and beans. Staff is noticeably irritable and overworked. I know it’s not necessarily their fault if things are mismanaged, but I think this is the worst location service-wise I’ve ever visited.

Honestly im dissapointed i never go to a different location and today since i was close by i stopped here. First thing there was no greeting and i can understand people have to their job. Most important the second i opened my mouth it was like i wasnt even ordering they just assumed thats what i wanted, rushed through my whole order and im still adding things like cuacamole that im actually paying for when she closes my plate and pushed it toward the cashier. What kind of customer service is this ? And how can this be addresed because its really not ok. I honestly wish i would of walked out the second i saw how empty my bowls were because they got upset for putting something i didnt ask for almost like i was being punished for their mistake so i payed for 2 half empty bowls and i will NEVER go this location again.

I have to agree with all the other reviews. This is the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. Constantly out of ingredients, like every day, terrible service, and messy. There is no structure I doubt there is a manager here and it seems like no one cares, If I were you I’d go somewhere else.

Floor was absolutely disgusting, trash cans over flowed and not one worker work g but all sitting in the lobby. Got a steak bowl and found hair in it and the person serving the food didn’t even wash his hands coming back from the lobby. Then when he asked for cashier no one came out to cash us out for a minute. This is thee worst chipotle in the Culver City area

Literally worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Constantly out of ingredients and customer service is terrible. I went on Halloween, & the guy rang me up for a regular price meal instead of the $6, & said he can’t do anything about it. I just left angry bc I didn’t want to Karen when they were busy, but that guy shouldn’t have a customer interaction job.Edit: I went again today (12/19). It was completely empty, and I ordered a half carnitas, half steak salad. Then she accidentally gave me carne asada and charged me for it!! IT'S $2 dollars more!! I'm just super annoyed.

They never answer the phone, like I’m convinced it’s broken. Incredibly poor customer service, I don’t even want to order from them anymore because you can’t even speak to a person to place an order. I would post 0 stars if I could. Some people have allergies, or have questions or just want to order an extra side of sour cream. Outside of the incredibly rude customer service from this location, Corporate could greatly benefit from improving their sites to include space for notes and at least having a customer service hotline if the store is super busy. Being hung up on over and over again is dehumanizing and feels discriminatory if you have special needs.

Service not great, didn't listen to my directions to please not dump all items on top of each other and was snippy when I asked her to put the rest on the side. These employees had no care for the customers, they were unorganized and the work area was messy. I definitely won't be back to this location!
